Giving this 5 stars simply because support has been amazing and responsive. Motorscooter is decent. Instructions are rough but if you are mechanically inclined not to hard to figure out. Definitely want to use locktite on self assembled parts, and rework some of the preassembled mounts. I say this because the muffler detached from the engine mount and we lost some items. However support replaced those parts, out of warranty, at 0 cost. Hence 5 not 4 stars. Definitely want to replace oil after the first couple hundred miles, and instructions on how to mount the "trunk" storage container on the rear would be nice. Edit 4/29/2024: After some solid use this thing still works great. Some minor maintenance this week to tighten the link between the handle bars and wheel column. The kids been using this to get to work and lives it. Best small vehicle purchase ever. I hope the support keeps up for new owners. Edit: 02/04/2025 - still gets 5 stars. This things a beast for the price. Stator died this winter after a ton of use (I mean it's a grand for a moped it's to be expected) 30 dollar charger keeps it going for a week for the kid to get to work and back. Other than that almost no issues except the above. We're about to test the asurion extended warranty... I'll let you know how that goes. ... show more

I purchased brand new. When I received it, it was only about 3/4 of the way assembled. There was absolutely no instructions no paperwork nothing at all.. when I contacted the store to get instructions and the operators manual I was referred to some videos to watch. Half of those videos had no sound so all I could do is watch the screen. long story short I have driven my moped less than 200 miles. The battery will not keep a charge. The scooter will not go past 25 miles an hour it’s running like crap and I was not given any type of anything to know how to care for it. Do not recommend. Update… was just informed engine was faulty. And of course past warranty. Waste of money ... show more

After getting the scooter and getting it together. I also desided to try the kick starter. It would sometimes work then jam and u could stand on it and nothing, and the kickstarter shaft would move in and out. upon cvt cover removal the starter gear jumped time and kickstarter shaft bushing and washer are missing. So the shafts jamming everytime u try to kick it because its being fourced sideways... get what u payfor. I havent received this yet, i also live in a BIG CIRCLE trailer park. I was unaware that this 310lbs item comes on such a big truck, after calling T-force and talking to them numerous times, they tell me they cant deliver it on a smaller vehicle and to get it delivered to my work would take an extra week for them to change the address and i work up the street from where i live. They told me i could then pick it up if i would like. I didnt pay 500+ dollars for delivery to my DOOR for that not to happen.......... outraged with shipping company and seller for not providing this information ... show more

Scooter was very nice for the price. Even with shipping, the scooter was competitively priced to other 150cc scooters I shopped for. There was a little bit of assembly but not too difficult to figure out. Overall I was very pleased with the scooter. I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a scooter. ... show more

    • Death Trap!
Do not buy from this company! We tried to work with them to return. But they wanted to charge me $400 to return and wait for reimbursement. This moped had missing parts. We had to replace the battery and the ignition and order a bolt to hold the steering wheel to the base. Despite all our efforts this bike doesn't start and was unsafe. We disputed with Amazon and seller with NO HELP! They just keep deleting my posts to warn folks. It only has one mile on it... the test drive and everything fell apart. Please help us with this issue. This could have resulted in death. ... show more

So far I like the scooter but have had many issues with the parts that it comes with. The battery that it came with wouldn't hold a charge, had some engine issues and just had the initial spark plug die on me after 100 miles of driving. I was told the company would contact me about a replacement battery but haven't heard anything from them. They do not seem to care that the parts are failing one after the other. ... show more
