Pattern Name: 2L Cat Fountain
Super easy to clean and quiet at an excellent price. Recently bought this second one to have 2 in different locations with the addition of 2 new kittens – total of 4 cats. Took no time for them to get used to it. I love that it has a wide, low base – never have to worry about it tipping over with zoomies or kitty shenanigans. Struggled over the years with plastic fountains getting disgustingly gunky. Bought our first ORSDA Fountain 3 years ago and have never had a problem!!! Highly recommend. Just remember if it starts getting louder or gurgles oddly simply means time to add water – for us this is ~5-7 days. Do be sure to clean the motor, regularly, as instructed and replace the filters. I go a few weeks. It can sometimes be hard to pull the front screen part of the motor off (where the black sponge goes) but a towel can help with the grip. As a few others have said, the suckers on the bottom of the motor will stick to the counter and very hard to get off - to prevent this excellent suction situation, I keep the motor pieces on a towel and then transfer to a new towel as I clean. Super easy to clean, love it, and, again, highly recommend! Also want to add that Orsda customer service is great! Asked a quick question - responded quickly, helpful, and kind. Top marks

The product was packaged well so the fountain and components did not sustain any damage during shipment, and lots of detailed and helpful information was included on the box, in a pamphlet, and on the outside of the bowl of the fountain as non-intrusive stickers. Lots of convienient QR codes for quick links to filter refills, replacement parts, video tutorials, and customer service! Replacement parts are always a concern of mine, so knowing that ORDSA carries individual replacement parts for affordable prices is reassuring, as some companies would make you re-purchase an entire product instead of just a part for it. This fountain even has a 18-month warranty which really goes to show that ORDSA strives for reliability and customer satisfaction. The fountain itself seems to be well-made. The stainless steel material appears good quality, and is easy to clean. There are a few books and crannies such as the holes and grates in the plastic filter housing, but the bottle brush that's included greatly helps with cleaning them. The silicone spout attachments also appear good quality and are easy to swap out and install and fit snugly once in place. The water pump also seems to be a decent quality and pumps water well. Please note, though, that the clear plastic pieces are supposed to stay in the pump! They control the intake of the water so the stream or bubbler can have a strong or gentler current, depending on your or your pet's preference. Basic care for the pump to ensure it keeps running well is to clean it well and make sure it doesnt run dry. It'll make gushing or chugging noises when the water level is too low, and the bubbler nozzle may sputter. Otherwise, it's very quiet. You cant really hear the hum of the pump and lowering the water flow will make it quieter. I personally like some ambient water sounds so I kind of enjoy the quiet ripples it emits. Also, the silicone plug for the hole which the pump cord goes through is a nice attention to detail to prevent spillage or the pump from being yanked. Same with the suction cup feet. I got the 2 Liter capacity size, which holds 3 plastic water bottles worth of water. It's a pretty good size. Definitely not too small and it gives my 20 pound cat plenty of water to drink from over the span of a few days. Although I will say he still needs more water intake, but this fountain has definitely helped encourage him to drink more. When I was setting it up, he immediately started to drink from the bowl before I put the lid on. He was initially intimidated by the fountain aspect but quickly got used to it and has enjoyed drinking from it since. It seems to help him relax his whiskers, too, which is a nice plus. My only nitpick is that the filter doesnt catch hairs as well as it needs to, as my shorthair cat sheds so much. However, I can personally fix this by adding a small trim of plastic or metal mesh over the filter cartridge. In summary / TLDR: Great packaging, comes w/ lots of information including troubleshooting and customer service, thoughtfully well made & durable components, quiet water sound, changeable pump intensity, filter doesnt catch hairs effectively, but cat enjoys and uses product as intended.

This fountain has the potential to be one of the best fountains I've tried. It's sturdy, looks beautiful, the pump works great and is super easy to clean. I love that it has different options for the spout, if you want it to arc or bubble up, I switch it out every time I clean the fountain every week since 2 of my cats prefer the spout while the other 2 prefer the bubbles. The downsides I've ran into; I chipped the little silicone stopper on day 1, pushed it too far through the hole and it just chipped off. Worked fine though, but be aware. I also did get some discoloration in the pan which worried me a bit. Also I feel like the fountain doesn't flow into the pan from the bowl quick enough so the water has a higher chance of sitting there, I just put it so that the pan was slightly angled and I felt better about that. Otherwise, the company responded and took care of any issues I had!

I originally was using a cat fountain that had a stainless-steel top with a plastic base, I noticed that it seemed to build up a film pretty quickly and it would cling onto dirt and bacteria. I decided to make the switch to a fully stainless-steel fountain and decided to give this one a try, and I don't regret it at all! I clean this fountain weekly since I have two cats, it is very easy to take apart and put back together and isn't difficult to clean. The water retention is great; I don't need to refill it before the weekly cleaning. The motor works well and has adequate protection to prevent hair from getting inside and clogging the fan. The fountain doesn't have any built-in lighting, and it isn't an eyesore. The noise level is also amazing! The added perks are that it comes with a handful of filters and replacement sponges for the pump, it has two fountain nozzles so you can adjust it to your pet's preference, and the company offers free replacement filters with proof of purchase! I highly recommend trying this product out.
