I was a but hesitant on ordering such a large and cumbersome thing like this ladder from Amazon but it worked out great. It seems built very solidly but at the expense of it being very heavy. It required two people for me to use the extension ladder function at full height since it’s a bit awkward to maneuver when fully extended. The A-frame function is very useful and it can extend to a considerable height. The ladder allowed me to reach my 14 foot height roof quite easily which was my main goal for it.

This ladder is very easy to figure out how to use. Do not extend it to it's full length and then try moving it where you want it unless you have help and know what you are doing. You need to use common sense, otherwise the weight of it's extended length will get away from you and could fall through your front window like I almost had happen. Get it to where you want it then extend it from the bottom. This ladder that can extend to 22' and you can't expect it to be as light as fiberglass and also expect it to be as sturdy as steel. I weigh 230 lbs and I never felt like it couldn't handle my weight. I used it at the 18' height to get access to my gutters which I've never been able to do with my old 16' ladder. It made the job of getting those helicopter seeds off the top of my gutters so much easier! I'll be using it soon to its full 22' length to trim the 4 trees in my yard that are growing too fast. I figure I would pay a tree trimmer more than this ladder cost to do the same job, but this way I still have a ladder to use for the rest of my life. In my opinion, the people who get in trouble trimming trees are the ones who have to extend themselves higher than they should because their ladder is too short! This ladder will allow me to trim branches off of 4 different trees than I never could have done by myself before, and I'm almost 66 years old and only 5'7" tall. I should have bought it years ago but I'm not sure it was available then. I'm very happy I bought this ladder.

I use this ladder in all types of positions and angles. It works great as a step ladder and just as well as extension ladder. It's very sturdy and all of the latches lock in place in a way you are confident they aren't going to fail mid use. I am a big guy weighing about 240lbs and I have extended this all the way out and used it to climb to the top of a building and not once was I worried that it was going to fail. It is a large heavy item to have shipped but it arrived safe and was easier to get via delivery than any other way for someone like me that lives in a city.

The ladder shipped quickly until it got to the local USPS - after much drama regarding the package size, they finally delivered it after hours and 3 days late. The package was pretty beat up but the ladder was fine and works perfectly.

Very good ladder. Easy to adjust and not too heavy to move around. Takes very little space to store in a shed. I have not experienced any flaws in using this ladder so far. Very good quality. Has plenty of warning stickers on all sides and that is a plus. No need to have a printed manual with adjustment stickers on the ladder also. Very pleased with this purchase.
