It didn't take long for the bar on my Chinese saw to get out of whack. My saw began cutting at a distinct angle. New chains didn't help. This Oregon 20" bar and H78 chain fixed the problem. If your saw is bogging down in the middle of a large round; or if it is cutting on a slant, it might be time to consider a new bar. Yes, some experts know how to "dress" a bar to keep it square and level. But, for $35 bucks, I simply placed an order with Amazon and got a quality chain and bar delivered to my door. This item also fits a 20" Remington Outlaw. I can't speak for any other models. Always check the specs of your old saw bar, and exactly match that to any new bar you purchase. ... show more

My Poulan Pro PP4620AVX sat in the shed with a bent factory bar for two seasons. Ordered this, bolted it on in ten minutes, tensioned it once and went straight to work on storm-downed oak. Cuts clean, stays sharp way longer than the green chain it came with, and the bar oils perfect, no dry groove like the old one. Flipped it end-for-end after the first cord, rails still look brand new. Dropped a 24" ash yesterday, zero bog, zero kick, just steady chips flying. If your Echo, Craftsman or Poulan takes .325 pitch and you’re tired of wimpy big-box bars, slap this on and forget it. Still cutting like day one. ... show more
