We’ve been using MaryRuth Organics Kids Multivitamin and overall have had a good experience. I like that the ingredients are clean and thoughtfully sourced, which makes me feel better about giving it to my kids daily. The liquid format is easy to administer, especially for kids who don’t like swallowing pills. The taste is pretty decent for a vitamin — my child doesn’t complain, which is a big win. I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain a lot of unnecessary additives. The only downside is that it does need to be refrigerated after opening and the bottle can go quickly depending on how many kids are taking it. These are GOOD! My daughter says they’re a bit too sweet. Ever since she started taking them i have noticed a increase in appetite and also she is a very weak immune system kid and these have helped with the flu season.
