It charges from USB-C which is my favorite part as I can charge it in my camper from a standard USB outlet (DC) unlike most ultrasonic brushes which have to be charged from a household wall outlet (AC) and are damaged when charged from a standard AC -DC inverter like those in boats and R/V’s. ... show more

I initially tried to order this directly from ORDO, but the website wasn't working, so Amazon came to the rescue. I was able to get the exact color I wanted and the matching travel case (sold separately). It cleans my teeth so well. I had used a Phillips brand toothbrush prior, but this ORDO is next level. Switching through the 3 settings, you can feel the difference. I'm about 2 weeks in, and it is still going strong on the first charge. Im so beyond disgusted. I got a USED toothbrush not even cleaned dude. Dried toothpaste all over it and not even a new clean brush head dried toothpaste and bent bristles in the one brush head I got. I am livid. I basically just got someone's gross and unsanitized return.
