Why did you pick this product vs others?: So far I got it my daughter mounted it super fast and easy I'm 5'7 and close to 400lbs and I feel SUPER SAFE COMFORTABLE it's glides and slides easily with my weight and the seat is wide and spacious I have a bigger backside so I can use a small pillow for some extra back support but if I lean back it doesn't fall back where I fear for my life that it's going to topple over and I'm going to fall .. it's pretty secure I'll give an update after a few months of use but for now I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase ... show more

In the begining it was easy to put the chairs together, but when you get to the part of attaching the back of the chair, it’s a nightmare because the screws are not long enough to put the back while inclined, and you can’t really do it flat because the holes don’t reach far enough to line up with the other holes. I had to go get long screws and a tool to be able to finish them since it’s so hard to return them. Amazon contact the seller to ask him to give me discount for this trouble, but seller responded with a request for photos which I can gladly send since the screws I put are silver and the short ones he provided are black, but I don’t want this to drag back and forth so I called Amazon again and they helped me. One of the chairs also has a crooked back. Otherwise they are beautiful, but the reviews says the wheels will break in time. I was not able to attach the part that goes on top of the wheels (screws with a cap), and the chair lift to change its height first work in one of the chairs. It’s to big of a nightmare to disassemble them and return and assemble new chairs, so I’m going to keep it. ... show more

Had it now for two days. I spent 5 days trying to find the right one. What sold me was it's simplicity. No arms (makes playing guitar easy), but what I really like is the extra wide double cushion seat. Well worth the wait and research for me. And I love the price.
