Huge improvement to legs
Color: Grey Dual Base
I bought this chair like 2 or 3 years ago and I loved it. The comfort was phenomenal. The bottom where the wheels connected was not the best, and alas it started to split and made one of the wheels list and fall off constantly. I decided it was inexpensive enough and comfortable enough to buy it again, but I opted for the one that had both wheels and stationary caps. I just got out in, and they have upgraded the base to make it so my previous problem won't happen again, with a thick solid metal tube design for each leg. Friggin awesome! The old leg (with my janky tape) and the new leg pictures attached. Also, the included allen wrench tool is really nice and ergonomic.

Comfy!
Color: Grey Dual Base
This is a super comfy chair even if you have no intention of sitting cross - legged on it. I bought this for my husband and he loves it. Great chair for the price, easy to assemble, and rolls nicely.

Super comfy & quality for the price
Color: Grey Dual Base
This chair is just what I was looking for. Easily, the best desk chair I've had. If you work on-line a lot and find yourself in front of a computer, or doin a lot of video/audio editing. Yeah, you know how long you find yourself sitting there... this chair is for you! I use this chair in front of my workstation and it doubles as my studio chair. I Easily hold any guitar and maintain my posture. I can even sit cross-legged in the chair. This chair is wider than a normal chair so keep that in mind it needs a little more room. The first chair I received, unfortunately, the gas strut that raises and lowers the chair leaked and the lift feature stopped working. I was able to connect easily with customer service and their response time was almost immediate. Before I knew it, replacement parts were being delivered. I was a little upset at first that the chair had a faulty component; However, the NEO CS team handled it fast and professionally with hardly any effort on my end. During the whole ordeal, I was still able to use the chair. After all was said, done, and corrected. I am completely satisfied and enjoying this chair!!

Really great

I use this every day at work. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust. It doesn’t get stuck or make noise and I’ve had it for over a year!

Comfy!
Color: Grey Dual Base
I was wary of ordering a chair that wasn't particularly expensive, but the office chair I had been using was an old office cast-off that ended up being awful for my back. As it is, I've been pleasantly surprised. Although the cushioning is not particularly thick, it's been comfortable to sit in for hours. I didn't have any problem putting it together, it feels sturdy, and it spins easily despite it's wide width. For reference, I'm short, and weigh about 175 and it have no problem spinning myself around or adjusting the height to comfortable level. I like the pale grey color although I'm putting a cover on the seat to prevent dirt build up as I live in a place without much paving, and a lot of dirt! Overall, I'm very happy with this chair.

Love this chair!
Color: Grey Dual Base
I have always preferred to sit on chairs with my legs crossed or one up on the seat. I am 5’10 and this seat fits me perfectly. I love this chair! Plus it’s comfy to sit hours in!

Not made for long sessions.
Color: Grey Dual Base
Idk if I recieved a bad chair but this is NOT a comfortable chair. Yes it is nice that it is wide and you can sit cross legged or other neurodiverse way, but its not a chair that can handle 4+ hour long work/ game / production sessions, and I only weigh 150lb. I even purchased additional cushions but my back ends up hurting. It was easy to put together and had options to have wheels off or on.
