First time tried this instead. GREAT IF YOU HAD NICK ANYWHHERE I. YOUR MOUTH. Likeb Glyoxide - no pain antiseptic as THE SOONER YOU FIRST USE the chances of it never actually becoming a painful and annoying sore in your mouth. I had two tongue ulcers causing me so much pain. I ordered this and followed the directions - up to 4 times a day, swishing for one minute each time. It lessened the pain for a little bit immediately after use. By the second day they were so much better and my pain was drastically reduced.
