Had these chairs for over a year and I must say they are still comfortable chairs to sit in after a long days work. The heat function is amazing for my wife since she's always cold. I wish the massage function to go up the back but the massage is only in the lower cushion so legs and buttocks and little of the lower back can be massaged depending how you sit. The material is durable for a period of time. We have two cats and over time they have put small claw marks and tears in the fabric on the top of the seats. It took them over four months to make the first marks so that's a testament to chairs durability and quality. Amazing product and have recommended these chairs to a few people already. Chairs came in boxes and it was easy to unbox. I think it must be the easiest assembly of anything I’ve bought. The customer service was amazing, never dealt with a company that kept me so informed before the product got here. The chair is firm and having had soft squishy chairs that wear out quickly I was very happy. The massage and heat was not a deciding factor in my purchase but it’s a lovely added bonus.
