As someone in law enforcement, physical training and recovery are important parts of maintaining performance both on and off duty. I primarily use creatine to support strength training and muscle growth and this has been one of the better creatine products I have used. Optimum Nutrition continues to be one of the most dependable supplement brands in my experience and this micronized creatine delivers exactly what I look for in a daily supplement. The powder mixes extremely well compared to many other creatine monohydrate products I have tried. Even with a basic shaker bottle there is very little grit or clumping. The micronized consistency definitely improves the overall texture and drinkability. I also appreciate that it is unflavored. It mixes easily into protein shakes, pre workout drinks, or plain water without changing the taste. That makes it easy to stay consistent with daily use. After regular use during my training cycle I noticed better performance during heavier lifts, improved endurance during workouts, and fuller muscle appearance from increased muscle hydration. No stomach discomfort or bloating issues either which can sometimes happen with lower quality creatine products. Packaging arrived sealed and fresh and the scoop was easy to find. Overall this is a straightforward high quality creatine supplement from a trusted company and I would absolutely purchase it again.

It dissolves completely in cold water without leaving that annoying gritty texture you get with other brands. It provides great support for strength and recovery during workouts.

I been using ON Micronized Creatine for a while now and it’s always been solid. I use to buy the Fruit Punch flavor all the time but can’t seem to find it anywhere lately. Grabbed this one instead and it’s still pretty good. Taste is smooth and way better than the raw unflavored creatine (if you can’t stomach that one, this is the way to go). Only thing tho, this one didn’t come with a scoop like my other ones did. Not sure if it’s just this flavor or what. All in all, still good quality as always from Optimum Nutrition. Mixes easy, does what it suppose to do. Just wish they bring back the Fruit Punch and include the scoop again. 💪

I really like this product but I have a hard time drinking it in water. It tastes SO bad with water I just do not enjoy it. However, I did start drinking it with milk and it tastes like strawberry milk haha! I know that sounds weird but I even had a friend try a sip and she agreed. It does clump at the bottom a little and it is irritating. It also sticks to the cup so easily and I mix it over and over so I can drink it in enough time before it settles again. For the cost I’d say it is somewhat worth it, I’m sure if you added this into a shake of some sort or whatever it would be tasty. I definitely saw a difference when taking this but I just don’t drink enough water to even take creatine which is something I should’ve known so that’s my fault. If you aren’t drinking enough water but still take creatine it will make you dehydrated FAST. It also makes you bloat if you aren’t drinking enough water but the bloat is not unbearable…everyone acts like it’s HORRIBLE but it’s not too bad. It is definitely bearable. It also doesn’t come with a scoop which made me kinda sad. All in all the product is okayish but I’d definitely consider an unflavored one next time I buy. But for the price I’d say it gets the job done.

I noticed increased energy during workouts, better muscle fullness from water being pulled into the muscles, and an overall stronger, more solid look. Flavor-wise, it tastes good and mixes easily. I like taking one scoop either with my pre-workout or by itself. I also stack one serving with one serving of Controlled Labs Green Magnitude for the added ingredients and performance support that Green Magnitude provides. I also use the unflavored version and add it to a protein shake I make that works as a clean muscle gainer without the extra unnecessary ingredients found in many store-bought gainers.
