Although this is a nice looking piece of furniture the quality control is not great. Initially it was shipped with a missing piece and a duplicate of another. The top was cracked. They re-shipped and the top came with a large scratch, the missing piece was replaced but it also came with the already duplicated piece. To their credit they then sent another entire unit to make things right. So if you can persevere you’ll end up with a lovely piece. ... show more

This would have been a nice piece if it hadn't come so damaged and if it was easier to put together. While I did eventually get it put together with some help from the hardware store, it came missing about half the anticipated assembly screws/fixtures and with quite a bit of damage (the top was cracked and 3 of 6 drawer fronts were scratched). Also, the drawer bottoms are fiberboard, which feels slightly misleading as I had been looking for something made with all hardwood. It does look as pictured, but considering other furniture I've ordered from Amazon without issue, I was expecting better quality. The drawers stops also prevent the drawers from coming more than halfway out and the drawers are on the smaller size already, so it's a bit inconvenient to use. Overall, if you're focused on looks and you get a package with everything in it and no damage, it might be worth it, but I would not purchase this again. ... show more

First off I love the quality and look of the dresser. It is solid wood and well packaged so none of the pieces arrived undamaged. Drawers slide in and out easily. Sturdy. Be warned you will need a screwdriver and hammer to assemble properly which is not included in the kit. It's obvious but still worth mentioning. Would I buy again? Yes. ... show more

Very nice looking solid dresser that works well once assembled. However, several pieces were dented and scratched on arrival. I didn't have time to wait for replacement parts, so I just put it together and luckily only one chip is visible from the front. There are a lot of pieces to this and takes a while to assemble, but better quality than most amazon items. ... show more

If you aren’t a handy or have any patience this dresser isn’t for you!!!! It came in about 50 pieces! The pull outs are very deep. It came pre chipped. We fixed it with stain but for this price I was hoping for it not to be chipped. Honestly they should charge half the price for this piece of furniture.
