It's a little surprising, this is a very solid, well-made punching bag. Much better than I expected. Easy to assemble and fun to use. Put on some music and pretend to be a bad boyfriend and enjoy the fight. I am very satisfied with it and strongly recommend it in terms of price and quality.

I had one like this before from another company and had to toss it after a few rounds; However this one works great! Just incase though, I did Gorilla Glue the screws in place. It took 1-50lb bag of sand to fill, which they sell at home depot. I am stoked with my purchase!!

I just got this product today. So far, so good. I live in an apartment, on my terrace, and I do a good job. I did put in 50 pounds of sand to make it stronger. I have 18-year-old and 16-year-old boys, and they can hit the ball really hard, and that's good.

This isn't the first review I have written after punching something, but it is the first positive one. The suction cups are very strong and it's really fun to repeatedly hit. As long as it's on a smooth and clean surface, it shouldn't break its suction from punches. Absolutely recommend!!
