This thing is awesome! Im blown away! I suffer from occasional sciatica flare-ups and slight lower back pain from over doing it now and then. Im 40 and in great health but do not like taking pain meds at all. Last night I felt a "pinch" in my lower back, right side (same spot as always) and within just a few minutes of using this I could literally FEEL the knot disappear. It only took about 10 minutes total and I was completely pain free. My hubby has old injuries from years ago, which has led to pain and discomfort in his back, knee, hip and shoulder all on his right side. He is 40 as well. He had to start seeing the chiro on a regular basis since his pain had started to seriously affect his daily activities. He is the real reason I bought this. And this might be the best thing for him in between his chiro visits. He uses this on his entire right side, from neck to his feet, and it has made such a difference in his mobility and has significantly decreased his pain level. Last night he went from being stiff, tight and in pain to being able to rotate his arm and lift it high above his head, feeling so relaxed throughout his entire body that I could instantly SEE the relief in his face. It took a total of about 30 minutes to treat his entire body. We cant believe how quickly and effectively this works! Not that we doubt the technology or the product, but we have tried so many different things and the results were either mild or too short lived to be worth the money or time. THIS, however, I HIGHLY recommend and will be telling EVERYONE about this. I WISH we would have bought this long ago! We both feel like this has been worth every penny and are very happy with choosing this brand. I am so happy with the overall quality of the product. It arrived with about half a battery charge, which was more than enough juice to try it out right when we opened it. The different attachments are fantastic and I love that it came with a guide to the muscle Trigger Points of the body. We tend to use the #1 attachment the most (its the ball - for the large muscle groups). There is really no need to apply pressure at all, this thing does all the work for you. We did find that it tends to work best on bare skin, but to each their own. It doesnt catch on fabric, but we just like the way it glides over bare skin better than over clothes. We havent experienced any cons, just all pros here. This is one of those products that is worth the review and one that I will tell anyone and everyone about. WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some! When you deal with uncomfortable pain and your overall range of motion is effected, it can ruin your day, your mood, everything. This for us has been such a great investment.

I've been wanting to get one of these for a while but I didn't believe I needed one that was $400 - $500. I am not a professional athlete, I am but a humble gym rat that wanted to help increase my recovery and stretching routine with this type of product. So I waited until more of these massage gun products entered the market. I've been bombarded with ads on Instagram and was overwhelmed on Amazon by all the similar products for unbelievably cheap (<$150) but, like most folks, I try and do my due diligence and when a product comes in that low, there's usually a problem with it. In an effort to spend my money wisely and get a product that holds its value through a fair ratio of functionality over cost, I landed on this particular product: M3 Pro by Opove. The reviews looked positive and there were over a thousand at the time of this review. The packaging it came in looked professional and legitimate and the carrying case is of decent enough quality to protect the product and make packing and transportation easy. Inside the carrying case is a product manual and a basic guide that shows some muscular anatomy and trigger points to try the massage gun on. Also included were warranty information and a Bonus Offer where an additional battery will be provided after submission of a review (so a well-placed incentive explains all the reviews). The battery that came with the device had a 75% charge so I tested the functionality of the product for a 1st run immediately. I have biceps tendonitis in my left arm and am usually experiencing DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) in some area of my body from my workout sessions. The massage gun performed beautifully, minimal noise, optimal power settings, and one 20 minute session on the 2nd power level only saw the battery dip to 50%. My soreness had been substantially reduced and movement came with less pain. So far so good, I am quite pleased and feel my money was well spent. I will update this review if things change. A couple of things to note, however: First, is that the massage tips included are to be attached by pushing them into the nozzle. They are held in place by a rubber gasket or "O" ring. It is my guess that at some future point I am likely to see this method of attachment failing which will mean the tips could fall out during a massage session. For now, it works as intended. Second, it is important that you recognize that this gun has a pinch point between the tip and the nozzle, do be careful not to place a finger there while the device is in use.

I researched and compared about a dozen of similar products with the price range of $100 to $500, and the Opove M3 Pro is the best for the money. In addition to, my gym has the more expensive ones ($500+) and I did try out the Thumper Massager. In all honesty, I did not see that much of difference when it comes to performance compared to the more expensive guns and I preferred the single "nozzle" versus the double - I like it to be more focused, especially with knots. With that said, I'm 40 years old and I'm both active with working out and sports (mainly soccer). I also have a career that can be stressful at times and tend to have long hours behind a computer and on the phone. I have used this message gun for about a month now and I have seen improvement with my sore muscles and recovery rate after a workout. I also feel that the tension and knots has vastly improved in the areas of the neck and shoulders, in the back between the spine and shoulder blades, and in the lower back. Aside from that, this massage gun's has 3 Speeds of Percussion, which is consistent and Level 3 is powerful enough to get the deep tissue massage. It is as quiet as advertised,which seems to be that approximate 35 decibel level on the Level 1 Speed of Percussion - between a "faint to quiet office" sound. It will get louder at level 3, but it is not annoying or obnoxious. The accessories are great, the battery charges quickly and it does last, and the case is perfect. I highly recommend this product!!
