The bow was a little beat up when it arrived but this didn't effect the futon at all. I unboxed it and had it set up in a half hour. The hardware that it comes with is better than I expected. The cusions were smooshed down from shipping but puffed up over the next few hours. The adjustable armrests are also really nice. It's very comfortable and would definately reccomend to anyone looking for a great futon at this price.

In general I'm quite pleased with this little futon/bed combo. Be aware that although it looks quite cushion-y from the photos, it is a fairly firm surface. I happen to like this so it's not a problem for me, but others may want something softer. Assembly is almost done for you, just screw in the legs and you're set. Adjustment is done by pushing the part you want to bend forward. If you want to lay it back flat, push it past the maximum setting and it will unlock. There were no instructions for this but it's not rocket surgery to figure it out. Two adults can fit pretty comfortably if sitting upright. Three would be a cozy fit, so keep that in mind if you have a larger household.

I love this futon! It was easy to put together, looks amazing, and is very comfortable! So soft and cozy! I also love the adjustable armrest feature. The only downside I can think of for this is that if you are looking for a sleeper futon, this probably isn't the best choice. It's incredibly comfy, but there is a line down the middle where the two sides connect and it makes it a little uncomfortable for sleeping on. But, if you're just looking for a nice little futon sofa - this is fantastic!

It is in the form of assembling two sofas. The two angles are different, which is not good for aesthetics and is not sturdy. In addition, the cloth covering the wooden support is made of thin cloth, so the corners are slightly torn. I decided to use it because it was a waste of time to assemble it and disassemble it again. The height is low and the fabric on the back is thin, so it is easy to tear.

This futon is 7 inches from the floor, just a heads up if you have mobility issues, Its also not long or wide enough to comfortably nap on if the back and arms are up and I'm not a tall person. The ratchet backs and arms drove me a bit nuts, you have to have the "arms" down in order to flatten out the back and will ratchet up when you try to move this around. Save the box untill you decide if this suits your needs. I saved my box and it had puffed up just enough to rip the box which I duct taped together for return. Big mistake buying this, the description and pix is nifty, in reality, not so much.

We got this couch for our new apartment. Is the most easiest assemble couch that I’ve ever seen. The back can be put down and we can use it as a bed for our guest. Is really comfortable to sit in as well. Highly recommend for this price!

Could not be used as a bed as received from vendor. The center ridge is felt as if no mattrass support covered it. I had to purchase an additional 3 inch memory foam mattress and an additional piece of foam strip in the center. After this mod it was usable but only after spending an additional $350.00. The unit looks otherwise quite nice as a couch in my studio/office. Is the extra $350.00 worth it? In my case there was no other choice, but for any one thinking of buying this piece of furniture you better spend the extra dollars for a comfortable sleeping experience. Good luck.
