This system exceeded my expectations. For the price you can't go wrong. The video quality is fantastic, love the spotlights that come on when motion is detected. I can watch the live stream and revie playback from my PC without having to be at the NVR. The phone app works great too. I do wish the sound was of better quality, hence the 4 star instead of 5. I am very pleased with these cameras. I currently have 11 cameras set up in my yard. And have been using them for about 6 month now. I own a construction yard and can see everything that is going on. Set up took me about a day. I do a lot of wiring for work so it wasn't difficult for me. I ran wire through my attic and i made sure to label each wire for it set camera. If your not inclined i would recommend hiring someone to install. I plan on add an external hard drive so my recoding go back longer right now i can go back about 2 weeks while its recording 24/7. I chose onwote because of human detection and motion detection. Over all i am pleased with my cameras. Tech support was helpful also, responded back to in a timely fashion. I constantly look at them on my phone as well as the monitor that i have solely for that purpose. Oh one more thing i added the PTZ camera to my set and have it above one of my garage. The fact that i can move it with a touch of a button is pretty need and helpful. I plan on adding a few more, not sure that it would support a splitter so i dont have to run more wire. will follow up in a few months ... show more

I purchased the 16 port NVR 12 Camera System and installed on Easter Sunday, everything worked as it should. I had one issue a few weeks later with one camera and I followed the online steps to troubleshoot the issue which did not resolve the issue. I contacted customer support who promptly replied to me with the simple information they needed. I gathered the information and provided it to them and they again promptly replied that they would ship another camera to replace the faulty one. I am very impressed with the customer service I have received. They are doing this the right way and providing top notch customer service.
