Received the package today, and it was packaged well, both the box and packaging used to protect the parts were well done. Upon opening the packaging is where the disappointment revealed itself. The black paint on the chair was pretty scuffed up (see pictures). Some areas the paint was bubbling so I'm assuming that's going to lead to more cracks in the not-so-distant future. The bent wood was chipped in some areas, but thankfully the cushions were in great shape. Assembly was easy enough but the chair is far from sturdy. Sitting in the chairs, I noticed a pretty significant wobble. Chair height is surprisingly high, and the seat which was what I was most worried about, was pleasantly wide. This is a reminder that you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend this for those interested and definitely, whatever you do, do not think you're saving money with these chairs. ... show more

These chairs came incredibly quickly (a few days before estimated delivery) and were well packaged- no damage whatsoever. One hiccup was that I was missing one screw that I needed but I messaged the company selling the chairs about it and they sent a whole second screws kit fedex 2 day delivery from China which was great. I also made the mistake of not taking the plastic cap off of the end of the stand post and then had to pry it out of the chair but that’s my fault, the instructions do say this. The wood is beautiful, the seats are comfortable, they are nicely adjustable, and they look great in our kitchen. I’ve sat in them almost daily since we purchased and am very happy. The only photo I have is the chairs in the background of a shelf project I was doing so here you go. ... show more

These stools have a great modern look and are reasonably sturdy. However… straight out of the box each stool has some flaw in them: dried glue around the seams, marks in the wood, and scuffs on the metal. Disappointed in the overall quality of these. Too much hassle to return such large items.

Very delicate chairs! One was fine, no dents and no damage, the other had lots of visible issues with the very delicate “wood”. Both chairs are packaged together in one box… so I’m sure most will get some kind of damage.

The stools are ok to assemble, not super easy due to the tool that comes with it is not of great quality so will make the screws to roll, the leather is not black, more like brownish, and some parts of the wood came scratched not too much, will not recommend to buy these

The powder coated paint is peeling off the rusted frame component, out of the box! The rest of the paint looks like it has rust underneath so it may be just a matter of time before more paint starts peeling off
