The media could not be loaded. It's been a week, so far so good. I'm pleased with the quality. It looks and feel solid and well made. Took me around 1 day to study the installation methods and 6 hours to install, only because I have knee issues. The price is the best also. Got the black Friday special. The net weight is about 85 lbs after installed, but it arrived 104 lbs if you count the box packaging and extra accessories they included, so it seemed very heavy at first, I don't notice any negative effect on my mileage from the cover's heavy weight, maybe the aero dynamics from the cover negated the extra load. The weight is roughly about the same with other Tonneau retractable brands. I was worried with extra weight at first, but then deciding to go with vinyl or plastic covers was more worrisome because I leave valuable items in the bed sometimes. I like that they provided other extra accessories which I did not need, that was thoughtful of them. I was also able to exchange messages with their customer service for support and questions like I found out that it is easier to unlock the knob underneath or press the key lock if you pull the cover a little bit first. Money well spent or should I say invested. I find myself looking back at the cover all the time, it's feels amazing to look at everytime.

The tonneau cover is awesome. Fits my vehicle perfectly. Surely recommend buying it. Was very easy to install. Did the installation myself. Took me 2 hours but was very easy. The Installation booklet surely helped. It said it has a glue strip on the top of the cover, couldn't find it. Part M5 was missing. Order key lock retractable cover but got the other one instead.

Good quality roll up tonneau bed cover, everything was packaged well, instructions were easy understand even though I watched a video on YouTube on how to install it. For the price you can’t go wrong. Looks great and function well. Fits great on my 2023 F-150.

Good product, the cover I replaced cost triple what I paid for this and the quality is a match. Looks great, seals water out, easy to open and close, Rubber cap to keep water out of the key hole, does require two people to set it into place to prevent damage. The instructions are very poor, they need to improve them by adding photos of each step of the install. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a friend who is to help you. The parts should be identified with a letter to match each diagram indicating what specific part to use. I’d rate the product a ten and I’d rate the instructions at a one, they are not the worst I’ve used, but a very close second

Solid design, smooth operation, easy install. 99.9% waterproof and I can probably get it to 100% with a few adjustments. But with the little amount of water that’s getting in. I don’t even think it’s worth it. Very satisfied with the product for my 2021 F150
