I'm sure that table lamps have been around since tables were first built - many styles and iterations. These lamps carry on that tradition with modern styling and features to match the times. These are very solid, sleek, good looking lamps that incorporate USB A and USB C charging Jack's- right in the base of each lamp! Certainly a necessary item for our bedside tables and end tables - what home doesn't need this? It's gone from a luxury to a necessity in the past few years. Thankfully the manufacturer of these lamps included this feature - once you've used it, you'll wonder how you got along without it! I did disassemble these lamps and discovered that each base includes a 3 amp, 5 volt switching power supply connected to these USB outputs. This allows for charging 2 devices at a fairly decent rate or at least one device on 'fast charge' The good news continues as I examine the lamp bases to find a dedicated switch (see photo) for the 'night light' (located in the center of the lamp stem) Unlike some table lamps, where the switch to control the main bulb is facilitated for such function, these lamps have true independent control of the auxiliary night light and the primary luminary bulb. This feature should exist on every table lamp! You do have some assembly to get these lamps operational, but it is very minimal. Assembling the shades (see photo) is likely the most difficult aspect...and it's actually quite easy, too! Note that in my photos, I did alter the lampshades to suit my decor. The lampshades provided are a light tan upholstery material. I chose a black color to match the lamps and lined each shade with gold mylar to provide a unique spread of illumination. Just a personal choice - these lamps look amazing just as they come. Whether you're upgrading to a modern style or just looking for a great lamp for your living space, these are some really nice lamps - certainly a great value at their price point. We enjoy them tremendously.

This review is for Oneach 28.5" Black Table Lamps Set of 2, Tall Luxury Bedside Lamps with Night Light, USB A+C Charging Ports, Elegant Metal Nightstand Lamps for Bedroom Office End Table Decoration. I think these lamps are well-made and the design is a little more unique and cute. It’s nice that you can use the light alone or the nightlight alone or use them both together. The lamp itself is a metal material but the nightlight in the center seems like an acrylic material. Which is better since it’s not a fragile material. I think it will stand up better. These were very easy to assemble out of the box and actually easier than any other lamps of assembled. The only small issue I encountered was that one of the shades was quite wrinkled due to how they were wrapped, but after assembling and a couple of days, it’s went back to the original shape. This is tied at the top of my list for lamps I’ve gotten and I think these ones are excellent quality. I like that there is a USB-C and USB a plug for charging cables. If you were looking for a simple lamp with a simple nightlight, I think that these ones are an excellent choice and I would highly recommend them.

These lamps are very close to being a great purchase. The simple fact that they are $90 for the pair makes them a decent value straight away. I want to love them, but a couple issues held them back. Pros: - Lovely brushed gold coloring akin to brass - The middle sphere is the night light portion and comes with a pre-installed light inside - They are well balanced and aren't too light for being such a low price ($45 each) - Being able to separately use the night light and main light or have both on is a nice option - They come almost entirely put together. You simply need to construct the shade and screw in the main bulb receptacle Cons: - The lampshades are wrapped around the lamp body for shipping which causes wrinkles. This might work itself out but would likely need to be steamed or lightly ironed - There are no included main light bulbs, but that's not entirely uncommon - The main control knob kind of ends up facing whichever direction it wants once screwed it without being able to adjust the angle much - I had a packing mishap on one and the bottom pad partially detached from the base. I will need to clean it up and re-glue it to the base - The bottom pad is nice but was slightly misaligned on both lamps These are overall solid lamps that would be superb with a couple of quality control tweaks from the factory. They are still a great value at their current price point, especially with the included night light that simply sparkles!

I got this set of lamps mainly for the look, and they definitely make my nightstands look more high-end. The light is bright enough for reading and I love the added night light feature. I really appreciate the USB ports, it’s so convenient to charge my phone right from the lamp. They feel like a very good quality, and they were easy to assemble, literally took minutes and I was done. I was a little bit disappointed in the two switches - one on the base for the nightlight and a rotary switch for the lamp. A remote would have been nice or a way to operate both lights with one switch on the base - from bed it’s a stretch to reach the rotary switch. Also, depending on what bulb you use the light colors are different (the nightlight gives off a yellowish light) and for someone with OCD that really bugs me. So I’ll use one or the other but not both at the same time, that’s not a deal breaker. The price for this set seems reasonable, but I’d pay more if they fixed the switch issue or added a remote.
