I work on motorcycles and the fasteners are getting more difficult to get at. I looked at all of the brands of cordless, extended 1/4" ratchets. I have Ryobi cordless tools already so this was a no brainer. I also have Milwaukee cordless tools but they didn't seem to offer an extended version. It has two bright LED lights that illuminate the work area when you start to run it. It's perfect for these Torx 25 screws that re hidden away. With the smaller lithium battery the tool weight is easy to manage. For the money, it was a great deal. ... show more

This device has excellent power, particularly for a ¼" drive. Extended reach is very helpful for jobs in right areas. Obviously, compatibility with One+ battery systems is the driving feature here. The only downside in the device like this, is that those batteries are quite bulky and heavy, making it difficult to manipulate the tool with accuracy and an extended areas of tight confines. Again this is a design choice, not an actual flaw with the tool. It does limit its usability though. I already own the 3/8" drive extended reach version of this. I love it. So this was a great opportunity to get the 1/4" drive ratchet. Unfortunately they sent me a 3/8" drive ratchet. I returned it and they sent me.... another 3/8" drive ratchet. I have no idea what the 1/4" drive ratchet is like. I'll bet it's nice, I wouldn't know. Returned, refunded, ordered from another seller. Fingers crossed. ... show more

Battery life it depends on the length the amp power that you put on them. I put mine on for six because these guys don’t really drain the batteries like certain other stuff that I’ll be makes well versatility is great also because this year makes it to where you can get into tighter spots versus where you have one. It doesn’t have a long enough neck in mainly as you’re working under a car or somewhere in a confined space inside the passenger compartment adjustability I love the way that the neck does turn so if you need to make you don’t have to worry about dealing with having to guess which angle you’re going to turn it’s there and it makes it so much easier to deal with value for money like Ryobi has been around for a very long time I used to work for Home Depot and I’ve used them even in the resets and stuff that we used to do in certain stores and I don’t see any other problems with Ryobi at all. They took all the guest out of all the proms battery power stuff can have and they figured it out and made it easier to use weight. Well the weight not too bad. I would say the one I gave it. They’re not that heavy but they can be after if you keep using a continuously and it will feel like it’s like a prick but for me, I’m used to it. ... show more

This has no signs of wear don't even think it's been used once. Great price for what looks like a brand new tool. Works as expected good speed, torque and love the design. Great to get into hard to reach areas and I love how the head rotates. Definately happy I picked this up.
