I have always loathed taking vitamins!! That metal taste they left in your mouth and you would belch that taste most of the day YUCK! So as an adult I chose to avoid the nasty buggers! Because One a day gets it…these vitamins are easy to swallow, are small, and they neither have a taste nor make me burp. Yes you’re supposed to take them twice daily but even that’s no Biggy.     • Quality product with high percentage of needed vitamins and minerals
I chose this product as it most closely matched the multivitamin supplements I was using through a weight loss program. This product had the closest percentages of the vitamins and minerals needed for my age and gender (female). I have continued to use the product as it is a smaller pill form which makes it easier to swallow compared to the larger capsules while still containing the needed amounts of vitamins and minerals. I generally take them with food but on the times I have not, I have not noticed any stomach upset. I do split the dosage fo two pills over the day which also helps to reduce any negative effects on the stomach. Because this vitamin has been around a long time, I decided to switch to this brand because of that history and because the were less expensive. My doctor told me years ago that upyou do not need to spend big bucks on a vitamin simply because they are chic.

I usually get gummies but most of the time those get hard so I am trying these ones. I like this size because it makes it easy to swallow them. The smell and flavor are not bad. I think is a good for the price.

    • Should be called Two-A-Day
They're easy to swallow. But I was taking one every day instead of two as the directions say. I never thought to read them, so that's on me. But since the brand name is One-A-Day, the directions for taking two need to be MUCH more obvious, stated in big letters on the front of the bottle/box or something. People are also complaining that you shouldn't take iron with calcium. Well, this vitamin has iron because women tend to be iron-deficient due to hormones and menstruation. There are other multivitamins out there with no iron so if you're going to be picky, you'll just have to find one of those brands and learn how to swallow horse pills I guess. ... show more
