Very nice bench, but we haven’t been able to enjoy it yet due to receiving a screw that did not have a head on it. Due to the defect, we are unable to really secure the seat and place and feel safe sitting on it. We have gone to Home Depot and Harbor Freight and have been unsuccessful with matching the screw. I want another one for the other side of porch to balance it off, but worried something else will be an issue with the next one.

This patio bench is heavy and is attractive enough to be used indoor or outdoor. I had initially ordered this garden bench for a specific purpose that was time-sensitive. Even though it was more expensive than some other options, it seemed sturdy and attractive. However, delivery was delayed, and unfortunately, I was not able to use it for my original purpose, but the A+ seller was responsive to the issue and helped resolve it to my satisfaction. Recommend.
