I ordered 2 of these fryers as gifts. One of them was clearly returned by someone else then shipped to me. Covered in fingerprints. Inside is dirty. Parts were missing. The parts that ARE included are unwrapped and some just stashed inside the oven, rolling around loosely.. Directions missing, recipe book missing. I opened the second oven and found that to be a brand new one with parts appropriately packaged in plastic and cardboard. The instructions and recipe book were included, and the oven looks great.. with all parts. I don’t mind getting a returned product but if it’s going to happen... let ME make that choice. At least let me know...That fryer almost was given as a gift.. that would have been embarrassing. The recipient would have thought I gave them a fryer after leaving my fingerprints all over it, losing some parts, not wrapping things back up properly, and just shoving it back in the box like an inconsiderate gifter! Shame on whoever didn’t inspect before shipping. I don’t write many negative reviews but I’m just completely disappointed in the failure of the process.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I’m so excited to get this as an early Christmas gift because I’ll be making our family thanksgiving dinner with it. It’s very sturdy, great quality, and comes with a convenient recipe book which shows you how to make everything from rotisserie chicken to beef jerky! Me and my boys are super excited to try this, especially after a year of quarantine and no restaurant food!!!! For tonight’s dinner I used this to fry up some French fries (just something simple to learn how to use it) and the whole family is amazed - they are crispy and delicious , and I can’t believe the small amount of oil I used could produce this result. Excited to embark on a gourmet journey with my new air fryer!! Mom life am I right??!? >_< Hope this review helped!

This is my first air fryer oven. My overall impression is that the trays, basket, and the oven itself is of good quality. The recipe book contains a good assortment of different kinds of food that can be cooked in the air fryer oven such as a whole chicken, a beef roast, and a pork loin on the rotisserie as well as various vegetables. So far, I have made a really good rotisserie beef roast with a dry rub, Parmesan crusted chicken, burritos, nachos, french fries, and fried green beans as well as other food items. The large capacity means I can cook a substantial amount at one time. The reasons I gave the air fryer oven 3 stars are 1) it takes about 25% longer to cook anything than a recipe calls for. My impression is the oven is not getting as hot as the temperature display indicates. 2) Twice, I cooked a whole chicken (each weighing 4 lbs) on the rotisserie; both times the chicken took longer to reach doneness then the recipe time indicated but was tender and delicious. However, as the chicken cooked, fat collected under all 4 feet of the oven. I included pictures of two of the fat puddles. This makes a real mess to clean up and the fat continued to pool under the feet during several subsequent times that I used the air fryer oven. I did contact OMMO and their engineers suggested that I "attach oil-absorbing paper between the oil pan and the inner wall to avoid it". I am not sure how this will work and have not tried this yet.

Bought the OMMO air fryer for my mom for her birthday. One of the best investments! Because healthy cooking has become difficult, this multi fryer is a miracle. She is back to cooking all the time. Super simple to use and easy to clean. Worth every penny! By the way, it's really a great gift for parents, they like it.

*****UPDATE I was in contact with the seller and was sent a new oven. The customer service was great. I really like the oven, just unhappy that the function I really wanted broke so quickly. I am being extra careful with the replacement one. First review follows; I purchased this air fryer oven because of the versatility options; rotisserie, kebabs and the basket. in 2018 I purchased one of the first generation air fryers and used it a lot. Then when they progressed to the rotisserie options I did my research and chose this model because of the good reviews and all the options. HOWEVER, I was only able to use the rotisserie 5 times when it broke. There was a strange noise and the 'cuff' that holds the cross bar (what you attach your rotisserie items [kebab holder, basket, or putting the cross bar through a chicken or roast]) came loose. Whatever held the thing in place gave way and the 'cuff' fell out dropping the chicken to the floor of the oven and even if I put it back in the hole in the side of the oven there is no rotation. I wish I had the opportunity to return it as having is only a few months and using the rotisserie only a few times leaves me feeling rather cheated. Now I have a larger air fryer oven but none of the versatility I paid for. I would suggest others go with a different brand.

I waited to write a review until I had time to really use this. It's amazing for frozen snacks, raw chicken wings, toast & bagels, making cookies, and the rotisserie chicken was so much fun. (Be show to temp your chicken and don't trust the time though) Is pretty easy to use the basket and rotisserie if you don't fight with it. It's a little loud, but not much louder than my first air fryer that was a lot smaller. It takes up less counter space than the toaster oven it replaced and I love that I no longer need multiple devices on my counter. This unit has passed every test except one. The door doesn't open flat, making it awkward to take it the drip plate and anything on the bottom rack. The door also has a lot of nooks and crannies where crumbs and moisture collect and are hard to reach. The inside of the machine is easy to clean, but the door and joist area are problematic. One oddity is that the unit never really turns all the way off, so the instructions say to unplug it when not in use. If the door swung to the side, or had a flat surface and opened flat, I'd give this unit 5 stars.
