This is my first experience with an e-bike and I am totally impressed! The quality was evident from when I first opened the box. The engineering is first class. Every part fits perfectly. The design is thoughtful, with many small details included. Assembly instructions are clear and complete. The operating instructions are thorough and easy to understand. I called customer service when I had two questions and it was a surprisingly good experience - my call was answered by a knowledgeable person who answered my questions easily. Regarding the bike operation, I am very happy with this bike. Mostly I ride off road and use the bike for hunting. It has plenty of power for rough or hilly places. Speed is not important to me, but on pavement 25 mph is easy to achieve and is not the maximum possible. The dual suspension system is very comfortable on rough roads. The battery life seems more than adequate for my needs. After 25 miles on a full charge, I got the first indication the charge had dropped, and I am riding with the accelerator only, not peddling. I would guess a battery charge will last at least 50 miles without peddling. The walk assist mode works surprisingly well - you don’t have to walk at a set speed, assistance is gives at whatever speed you choose to walk. I like the step through design, which makes it easier to mount and dismount. The brakes are not hydraulic, so it takes a bit longer to stop, but that’s not hard to get used to. Overall I am totally happy with this bike and don’t know what I would change about it.

My Apias is great! I’m 72 and haven’t ridden in a few years. Just lost interest because of strenuous peddling up hills. This bike has really eliminated that problem and I can take those hills with ease now. I still peddle and enjoy the exercise. This bike is a brute! It’s built like a tank! So stable and comfortable, handles rough terrain easily. The features and controls have been well thought out. Assembly was very easy with easy to follow instructions. For you seniors, my advice is take it slow, read the manual, watch the video’s on Apias app. Go at low speeds at first, get to know the controls. It’s a great bike, a lot of fun to ride!

Description matches details given except for height. I’m 5’7 and my feet barely touch ground if erect. Bike heavier than expected so as a female I need more strength. Built strong and durable with bright color. Speed and power great get good traction quickly once you figure out gears. Fun to ride and worth the value. Definitely recommend and look forward to weekend rides.

This is a GREAT bike! Although on the heavy side, it is just what I was looking for. Is great for exercise around our hilly acres around our lake but also perfect for the flatter trails. The transition for changing gears and/or power is smooth and everything works nicely--even has turn signals. I ordered the bright blue bike and I love that it stands out in a crowd! Am thrilled with my new purchase and look forward to many excursions in the future.

Was very good communication about our order being on back order as could be expected when ordering at Christmas time. They gave us options for our order to change our wait for them. We chose to wait for original order and they came within a reasonable time frame. When they shipped tracking # looked like only one was shipped but both were shipped together and they were very well packaged for shipping. Assembly was fairly easy took a little bit of time but if you have a little bit of patience you can do it. We have about 30 miles on them so far and still learning how to do some adjustments to fit our riding. Can change how fast the electric motor kicks in and how many rotations of peddle for the assist to come on. Valve to quality seams good for the amount of riding we do, we were able to get Two bikes for the price of one that we looked at in the bike shop in town. Is it as good as the one twice the price maybe not, but a very good bike for the price point that we spent.

My friends are envious of my new bike. One has since ordered his own from you! A couple of my friends already had electric bikes they purchased elsewhere a few years ago, and they like mine better! I ordered the baskets to go on it and a more comfortable seat. The seat adjustment is still a little high for me at its lowest setting. It's likely due to seat being thicker than the original one.

While the bike was very easy to assemble and was ready to go right out the box, I can’t help but feel slightly disappointed with the speed. I got the M1 Pro variant, and it says “36mpmh” but the maxi was able to get it up to was 21. My girl friend uses it to get back and forth to work, and so far it’s a pretty good product. Had to use some teflon tape on the threads of the pedals too.
