I bought it last year for when I was working in a warehouse. The fan really helped when I was in the back of trucks and depending on the temperature outside the 1st setting was enough. Only thing I didn't like was that the battery would get hot if I left it on 3rd setting for to long. Also the battery would die faster on the 3rd setting but that's understandable. ... show more

I have to give these neck fans a 5 star because I have purchased at least five so far. Every time I travel to Jamaica I bought at least two and I don’t bring them back because my son and other family members are so happy to have them because of the weather there. It’s always hot and especially when you are on the road. It’s a life saver trust me. The media could not be loaded. I got this after giving my Sweetful fan to a friend cause I had hoped this would be the one I kept. Small regret now 😅 This had 2 features I really wanted over the others: 1) cooling on the back of the neck (which it hits.. mostly, not exactly the middle) 2) a slightly bigger battery. hmm... didn't quite get there. The fan came in a simple box wrapped in a nice plastic bag (boo plastic bags 🤷🏻♀️). I heard a tiny piece shake around inside... It was tiny and it 90% likely didn't affect the performance, but it does tell me how thin the plastic is - I probably wouldn't wanna drop this. Right outta the box it was at 72% charged, cool.. let's run that battery down and charge it per usual. At the highest setting (speed 3) 72% lasted for 1hr 7mins. That is NOT close to the 4hr minimum run time like it says. I'm tempted to take the battery out and see if it's actually a 6000mAH battery 😒 It's also pretty light weight.. - I have medium length straight hair, the folding hinges has pulled on my hair AND I can hear the fan tickling the ends of my hair. It's JUST long enough to barley touch it! 😆 No one else in the reviews has said anything so it might be unique to someone with this hair length. - Maybe if the LED flashes the level and battery then turning off, it would save more battery... like add 30 mins 🙄 - The shape of the fan is pretty straight and that makes it very easy to slip off the neck and minor shifting has moved it around. I've also tried it at work in the warehouse and the amount of times I've caught it almost slipping off the neck... it's more than the other fan. But sure, you can move the arms closer to the neck... like a scarf. btw, I didn't feel much of a difference on where it blows when you adjust the arms. - Not an issue, the one of the back fans has a.. plastic piece that the other back fan doesn't have, it doesn't feel like it's affects air flow direction. Just find it odd and that's what the picture is. Also, why do most of the product reviewers "use" the fan on upside down?? You won't feel much of anything (I've tried) Look, this is an okay product for $25, but the quality feels lacking for a slightly better quality less featured fan... It's definitely is a return for me, I'm going to accept I won't get a (mild) quality neck fan that hits the back of my neck like I desperately want. And that fan hitting my hair is a little intimidating... ... show more
