Do you need a housing for the unit?

Great unit
Style: 12000 230V Cool Only

Great product made in the USA!
Style: 14000 230V Cool Only
Blows very cold air. It must be positioned perfectly through the wall on an 1/8 of an inch tilt. If not perfectly positioned it will not run as efficiently. A little hard to read the controls. Other than that great unit! I highly recommend if you need a AC that blows cold air!

Love it
Style: 8000 115V Cool Only
I recently bought a wall air conditioner, and I’m thrilled with it! Delivery was super fast, installation was easy, and the cooling is amazing. I love that I can control it with an app—so convenient! Definitely will purchase again.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!
Style: 12000 230V Heat & Cool
the product I bought does not even cool the compressor will not click on and actually work as an ac I had put off installing it as it was the winter time and I did not need it yet. In march I installed it and behold its a brick that doesn't not work amazon customer service is not helping me at all repay the 600 bucks and they tried to send me to the third party seller who tried to send me to the manufacture then they sent me back to the third party seller you can tell this hell loop of customer service is not helping I would really like my 600 bucks back as this item has never worked from the beginning I recommend never buying this item to anyone that's looking at it as this experience has been horrible they still can make it right but I'm leaving this review to help others from this shady business practice.

Lights are hay wired
Style: 14000 230V Cool Only
After minimal use. Turning on for the first time. The electric board is not functioning properly. I can’t find warranty period. The support line doesn’t have option to fix. Stuck with a damage product. Would not recommend to buy.
