Update: rating going up from 1 star, to 5. It was all Amazon making this hard. I got the replacement and the difference is absolutely amazing. I guess almost everything that could malfunction in my old machine, did, and this me one is worth the price. This is the absolute worst espresso machine I've ever purchased. Like, it makes me angry having to write this and Ive never felt angry writing a review. Its like the manufacturer KNEW their product was trash, and tried to evade it in the instruction manual. Low pressure, the grinder is so inconsistent and it does not push out a shot fully. I get a half a shot on the one shot setting, and I get one shot on the 2 shot setting. On top of that, it's taken me 2 weeks to even get a return started, and wouldn't allow me to fully get my money back. Everytime I selected "return to my original payment", I got an error message. Sincerely, I hope this company goes under. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS, I'M WARNING YOU
