I bought one of these back in 2021. It was the 50 foot version. Was great. It finally stopped working. So since it was past the warranty time, I just went to my past orders and clicked the "Order again' button. When I took the new one out of the box I I started hanging it up. To my surprise it was shorter than the old one. What was sent was one that was 32 foot long. Apparently they don't make the 50 foot string any more. I ended putting it somewhere else. That night turned it on and noticed the lights didn't have as much color as the old set. There are fewer let's in the bulb in the newer set. I will take the bulbs out of the old one and place in the new string. Now on to the search for a 50 foot set. ... show more

When I originally received the item, I had to mentally prepare myself to put up the lights in humid GA summer weather. After working up a sweat, I found out that the included remote wouldn't work ... great. I reached out to the seller and they quickly replied to assure me that they would send out a replacement right away. No back and forth .. just good customer service. We purchased these lights for our camper and love them. However, we didn’t receive the remote control to control them. They can still be controlled with the plug-in box but not as convenient. Emailed customer support for a replacement remote. Quick response with an apology, a couple more order detailed emails and bam! They sent a new one with a bonus. Received new remote in 3 days… in addition with whole new set of lights! They emailed asking if we got everything and if we were satisfied. That’s outstanding! I wanted to hang these up in addition to my other string lights but unfortunately this plug has a large and small pin that doesn't work with regular string lights (the connectors are for plugs with 2 small pins) . So i guess this is useless for me.. I'm sure they probably work great if you are directly plugging into an outlet ... show more

These lights are so beautiful strung between 2 trees in our woods. The remote can be controlled from inside. The color combos are endless and they’re plastic so no worry of glass breaking. Plus it came with a few spare bulbs. I’ve only used them a few nights so hoping they hold up. I protected the plugs and transformers in a bag and wrapped to keep them out of the rain. ... show more
