*UPDATE* so the seller "Ollny" reached out to me about this issue and offered to send me a replacement set of lights, I agreed to accept them and should receive them soon. Why update this review, well just to tell you that they do offer a 1 year warranty and will replace your lights if there is any defect, which is common. But these lights are super cheap for 300ft and are actually surprisingly bright and lit up my whole house and part of my yard, but there is still a major issue, these lights are extremely thin and just tugging them hard enough can rip them apart, which happened to be how these broke, an animal had chewed through the end piece of the lights and the lights had dimmed. My solution? Put these in a clear bendable pvc or other type of protection for the lights that it can shine through. I do love these lights but the durability is a huge downside, but with one of these solutions you could use these with no issue. So if you read the review below you can see what can happen if you just put these up without something to protect them, and if you don't want to do that then don't buy them, but if you're willing to do a little bit of diy then this is for sure some amazing lights. ------- So when I first got these lights I immediately noticed how thing these lights were, in product images the strands looked thicker than they actually are, and the lights are wrapped around a pretty small spool. But I already spent my money on these lights so I put them up. The plug itself says to not have it outdoors, so to be safe I plug the plug inside our garage and ran the lights outside from a side door. They were pretty bright, slightly brighter than your average Christmas lights, if not the same. And the remote function only works when pointing it at the button on the wire, so it's nice for setting a particular mode without going through each of the options on the button or putting a timer if that's what you are doing, but the timer is only for turning off the lights. So I used a separate timer that I already had that would turn them on and off a particular times. But now we reach the real issues, after about 2 weeks of looking at these lights lighting up my house I come home to a dark home, the lights were extremely dim. I look at any parts of the wires that were within reach, look at the plug and any of the connectors for the button/receiver, unplugged it, removed my time and plugged it directly to the wall, tried to use the dinning function on the remote. no matter what I did, it stayed equally as dim. And whenever the lights are off and you turn them back on for a split second they go to their normal brightness before immediately going back to dim. While this may not be a issue that everyone faces it is something that I have encountered and based off the quality and how thin these lights are I highly doubt this is a one off situation. So overall don't buy these, while it is enticing because that's why I got them in the first place, the pictures aren't what they actually look like, they are extremely thin, way thinner than the average Christmas lights you get at a box store or even the dollar store, and the beginning of the wire you need to keep indoors because it's apparently not waterproof while the rest of it is.

I was skeptical on brightness since they are so small but they are amazing! Remote and timer are great. We did have a break in the last 6 feet after they were hung for a week or so. It wasnโt wrapped around anything at the spot so Iโm not sure what happened. I squeezed the 2 wires together and taped it and the rest worked fine. The wire is really flexible and easy to wrap around anything you want. We ordered a shorter roll for inside as well.

The lights themselves, with the led sources integral with the cord, are excellent. They are quite durable when installing, allowing them to be manipulated without damage. When I received them, unfortunately the controller didnโt quite work as advertised. The company, however, was more than diligent in pursuing a solution. I would (and will) buy them again

I was able to purchase these multi colored 344ft LED's on sale and I thought to myself "eh, they can't be very bright but I will try them for this price." Wow was I wrong! I am thoroughly impressed by these lights! I have had them on 24/7 for the last week, they work flawlessly and are very bright. What a relief to not have to deal with multiple strands of lights and having to connect them all, check them all, etc. These covered more of my house in lights than I have ever been able to do and you can see them from the end of my street! I am going to buy more to go around my plants and such.

I'm a lighting freak. I test and use all kinds of lights for work and home. Most of the time string lights are average. Most the tradition Christmas lights style are average at best. So far this is a MAJOR WINNER. The lights can be seen from 360 degrees, the cord is durable, easy to string- wrap- work with, the spool is brilliant cutting my time putting up lights by 80%, the weight is stupid good- 4000 lights weigh like 3 pounds- ridiculous, storage space need is comically minimal vs traditional Xmas lights, the different settings for the lights is awesome- no more need for a light box the length is spectacular. All this is great ๐ I just placed these (4 boxes of 1000 multi lights) on and around my exterior house. I will loop back on durability through rain snow wind and tree branches falling on the cords. This is a game changer / industry buster if they last through the harsh conditions in the midwest. So far 100 of ๐ฏ.

Bright and easy to use and store. The whole reel was smaller than I thought it would be but a ton of lights. I marked down one star on durability as I'm not totally sure the controller module is waterproof, so I put it in a ziplock bag. Worked fine. Decent value for the money.

Easy to put up, wrapped around bushes below the porch and up Victorian porch, worked great for a few weeks, last night noticed a section on the bushes was not lit, maybe 25' feet. had to remove about 75' of lights and reposition them (obviously not as dense). So unhappy with the durability.
