These lights work exactly as they should. I use them in my chicken coop area on a timer switch. After my main lights turn off, these stay on for an extra 30 minutes to give my chickens a gentle warning that it’s time to head into their coop and get ready for bed. This string of lights is a great deal. Good price, and even though they're just cheap lights, the customer service was stellar. After installing, we notice two bulbs weren't lit. Good thing the set comes with two spares! But wait, we didn't need them after all; we just needed to seat the bulbs fully. Phew! Now to play! Oops, the remote doesn't work. Tried messing with the battery but it was dead. Fortunately you don't NEED it to make the lights work (but life's easier with it), so we got to enjoy them while we waited for a replacement. Support was quick to respond and very helpful. Had the remote in a few days and all is well! If you're thinking of buying one of these cheap sets (let's be honest, they all look like they're made in the same plant), go with this one just for their solid support. ... show more

We bought these 2 years ago now and we Love these lights. We used them on our camper awning. The remote is super helpful so we can change up the vibe of colors. They are fairly easy to put up We did have to buy the clips separately which would have been nice to come as a package. But over all we love them.
