I love this ice machine. I don’t have to buy bags of ice anymore. We use a lot of ice and this comes in handy. I think my only issue would be it turns itself off sometimes and not sure why. Also the ice reservoir is not chilled so the ice will melt if not emptied right away so you should only plan on making ice when you are home and ready to unload as ice is made. This was also about $20-$40 cheaper than any other ice makers I saw.

Zero stars. Bought in February has probably made thirty pounds of ice. Now won't turn on. Tried all the tech support instructions. No results. So it has a contact support website tap site, then the write us button. No text box opens. So no way to get anyone to help. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The media could not be loaded. First run, dumped small amounts twice. Started at 11:40a and by 12p dumped twice. I believe it will get quicker as this is the first run. I will enjoy this ice machine very much. It runs quiet. Quality is made good. Value for money I believe to be worth it. Holding capacity is decent size for amount of ice we use. Quality of ice looks solid. It's 12:15p and it's not making quick. It's working. I've opened it and let air in so I'm sure it has affected the temperature inside. Last picture at 12:30pm. Update 4-6-24 Working great. Thankful for this ice machine.

My tap water is useless for drinking or making ice. Being that I have a filter container for water, I figured I could use it for a portable ice maker. I wasn't expecting much from this little thing, but since I have very little counter space & could put it anywhere else when not using, I decided to buy it. Oh my word, this thing is GREAT! I only wanted about 6 lbs to store in a freezer bag at a time, & it took very little time to make. Because when it's first made, it appears a bit "watery" as Ii put them in the bag, I worried they would clump up together. To my surprise, the ice didn't. It's a sleek design, I got the black one, the ice tastes great, & b/c it's small I had the perfect spot for it when not in use. This thing works as described & I highly recommend this product!

This would make us quickly. Had to refill it pretty often, twice a day (at least) for 2 people (using ice for drinks only) . I will tell you the ice melts very quickly in your drink because it is bullet ice. I was disappointed because the machine did not even last a year

This machine stopped working after 4 months of use. The low water indicator comes on even when the reservoir is full and there by stops working. The trouble shooting says to shut down after 2 to 3 minutes start up again. This did nothing but prove the low level sensor is not working. Even when it was working, the time to make ice is at least twice as long as advertised. It also took 3 to 4 cycles to get "keeper cubes". Please advise others not to buy this item. Thank you.
