I love this ice machine. I don’t have to buy bags of ice anymore. We use a lot of ice and this comes in handy. I think my only issue would be it turns itself off sometimes and not sure why. Also the ice reservoir is not chilled so the ice will melt if not emptied right away so you should only plan on making ice when you are home and ready to unload as ice is made. This was also about $20-$40 cheaper than any other ice makers I saw.

Was so excited to get this, even more excited to find at a great price. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. 30-day warranty, and stopped working on day 32. Worked good when it did work.

What is there to say, I love it. It gives me ICE. I am obsessed with ice makers I have one at work, a couple at home and it other places that I reside. I haven't had any issues with this one. Some issues you will have with a countertop ice maker is sometimes the ice piles too high and it will say that it's full so you have to push the ice down. Sometimes adjusting the basket will fix that, and other days it's just the way the stars are aligned that day. The ice in the basket melts, but if it's running, there is always ice. It does drop ice every six minutes so it fills up fast. Bottomline, if you LOVE yourself some ice, I highly recommend it. One more thing, if you like the "good" ice, I recommend trying a bullet ice maker because once the bullet become soft, they are amazing to chew.

My tap water is useless for drinking or making ice. Being that I have a filter container for water, I figured I could use it for a portable ice maker. I wasn't expecting much from this little thing, but since I have very little counter space & could put it anywhere else when not using, I decided to buy it. Oh my word, this thing is GREAT! I only wanted about 6 lbs to store in a freezer bag at a time, & it took very little time to make. Because when it's first made, it appears a bit "watery" as Ii put them in the bag, I worried they would clump up together. To my surprise, the ice didn't. It's a sleek design, I got the black one, the ice tastes great, & b/c it's small I had the perfect spot for it when not in use. This thing works as described & I highly recommend this product!

When adding water make sure it's just under the ice basket. Always keep water in it and constantly rotate the ice and it works amazing. But if you don't keep enough water in it then the ice cubes will melt and it won't keep up with the demand of ice when it's needed. But I think it's a wonderful machine. Especially when you have company over for any occasion you will never need to buy ice again and as long as you check it as you walk by you will never run out.

Stopped working after 2 cycles of making ice. Trouble shooting says it is probably a leakage of the coolant....it breaks after 1 day???? What a waste of money.
