My tap water is useless for drinking or making ice. Being that I have a filter container for water, I figured I could use it for a portable ice maker. I wasn't expecting much from this little thing, but since I have very little counter space & could put it anywhere else when not using, I decided to buy it. Oh my word, this thing is GREAT! I only wanted about 6 lbs to store in a freezer bag at a time, & it took very little time to make. Because when it's first made, it appears a bit "watery" as Ii put them in the bag, I worried they would clump up together. To my surprise, the ice didn't. It's a sleek design, I got the black one, the ice tastes great, & b/c it's small I had the perfect spot for it when not in use. This thing works as described & I highly recommend this product!

This thing is an absolote pile of crap!!!!!! I havn't used it all of 5 times in 2 months and its dead. The control panel isnt responding and it doesn't turn on. Don't waste your money on this Made in China garbage!!! The manufacturer's webite looks impressive, but the contact link doesn't do anything and the email address returns as undeliverable. I have tried from multiple email addresses. AVOID this item and anything made by this company and seller!!

The media could not be loaded. First run, dumped small amounts twice. Started at 11:40a and by 12p dumped twice. I believe it will get quicker as this is the first run. I will enjoy this ice machine very much. It runs quiet. Quality is made good. Value for money I believe to be worth it. Holding capacity is decent size for amount of ice we use. Quality of ice looks solid. It's 12:15p and it's not making quick. It's working. I've opened it and let air in so I'm sure it has affected the temperature inside. Last picture at 12:30pm. Update 4-6-24 Working great. Thankful for this ice machine.

I love this ice machine. I don’t have to buy bags of ice anymore. We use a lot of ice and this comes in handy. I think my only issue would be it turns itself off sometimes and not sure why. Also the ice reservoir is not chilled so the ice will melt if not emptied right away so you should only plan on making ice when you are home and ready to unload as ice is made. This was also about $20-$40 cheaper than any other ice makers I saw.

Rather then ship it back I decided to opened it up to see what the problem was. the little pump at the bottom of the water reservoir was not pumping water into the ice filling tray. I took apart the connection and blew air in the direction of the reservoir, than sucked water from it and hooked it back up. Works like a champ! apparently, the little pump gets easily jammed in shipping and a little turn of the impeller once lubricated with water freed it right up. simple fix to a tight fit plastic impeller. 5 minute job. faster then putting it back in the packing box it came out of.

For the price it’s great. Makes ice in minutes and as long as you make sure it has water you always have ice. We bought it for our bar top and it’s perfect there.

I had high hopes for this ice maker, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. It only worked for two days before completely breaking down. Even when it was working, it didn’t keep the ice cold, so the ice would start melting almost immediately in the collection basket. Instead of solid cubes, I was left with slushy, half-melted pieces that were frustrating to use. I expected much better quality and reliability. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better option!
