The arms are on the short side and the chair at its lowest is about average chair height then it goes up from there so the range of height is only medium to high. I really like this chair. I have a small counseling office and needed a smaller sized desk chair that would fit under my desk. This chair is perfect for that! It is on the smaller side. I am 5'4 and 225 lbs. While this chair works for me, it probably wouldn't work for someone much larger or taller. My coworker is 6'3 and said he hated this chair, just for reference. I think it is supportive both in the seat and the back. I like that reclining option that can be adjusted for personal comfort level. The chair hits my back right at my shoulder blades, so it does not cover your full back or provide any neck support. It does raise and lower quite easily. I recently got two chairs from Amazon, both around the same price range. However, this particular chair surpasses the other one in every aspect and is comparable in quality to the expensive office chair I use at work. Right from the moment of assembly, it becomes evident that this chair is of high quality. Each component was clearly labeled, and the instructions were straightforward to follow. Unlike the other chair I received, this one came with bolts pre-applied with loctite, ensuring a secure fit. It is comfortable and sturdy. Just a heads-up, during step 3 where you attach the armrests, there's a note advising not to fully tighten them. I unintentionally missed that and had to go back to loosen the bolts. However, in the final step, everything is tightened down to ensure a proper fit of the backrest. ... show more

I originally had a desk chair that was pretty uncomfy and with me spending a lot of time at my desk I figured it was time for a switch. This chair is such an upgrade from my previous desk chair. Not only was it easy to build, but it's also very comfortable and ergonomic. Being able to flip up the arms is such a nice feature for being able to store under your desk regardless of desk height or chair height. Overall such a great chair and I love that it comes in grey. I love this computer chair. It is fairly comfy, easy to maneuver, and was a breeze to put together. What's not to love? The instructions it came with were easy to follow which made it easier to put together. It took about 13 minutes to assemble and that was with 2 dogs trying to be helpers! I love that both arm rests can go up or down and that we can adjust the height. Everything works perfectly on this office chair. It rolls easily, doesn't sweat your back, and spins perfectly. The assembly was about 20 minutes on this one. I was impressed with the quality of the chair in comparison to the price point. I have a chair in the house that was $200 and this one is by far better by design, strength/sturdiness, and usability. I guess simpler maybe is more in this case.
