I use this for working from home so I've spent a decent amount of time in it. It has good lumbar support and is comfortable to use for a full workday. I think it's quite well built. The base is sturdy and the wheels move well on my carpet. The pleather or whatever it is, seems durable and it's easy to clean. The fold up arms were a must for me to keep the chair pushed under my desk out of the way when not in use. Good feature. I do wish the back would recline independently from the seat but you just don't get all the bells and whistles for 69.99. This is an easy 5 star at that price.

I only just assembled this chair but it seems like it should be a good purchase. The seat is comfortable and I like that the arms can be lifted because sometimes I find arms get in the way depending on how I am sitting at a desk. Assembly of the legs and seat was easy. Attaching the back to the arms was tricky and I ended up doing the bolts out of order from the instructions in order to get them to align. Not that hard once I made the switch but I definitely spent more time fighting with it than I expected. I do appreciate the good hex wrench that was provided as it made screwing in the bolts faster and less straining on the hands than the little cheap ones products usually include. Only other gripe is there is some loose stitching on one of the arms that I didn’t notice until I was well into the assembly. I’ll just cut the strings and hope it holds up. For the money I am overall pleased with the product.

One of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever owned. Like many people, I have back issues. I also sit at my desk working for at least nine hours a day. Ergonomical desk chairs that I can sit in for hours on end are extremely hard to find. This chair doesn't disappoint! With most desk chairs, I am hurting in my back and bottom by the half way point of my work day. Not so with this chair. I cannot speak to the longevity of the chair, though, since I haven't had it very long.

My office desk. Love it so far. UPS IS A VERY EXCELLANT DELIVERY COMPANY. NEVER EVERY HAD A PROBLEM WITH A DELIVERY WHEN I KNOW BROWN ( UPS ) IS BRINGING MY PACKAGES.

Installed some what fast. The manual tells you to use #9 screw for the legs, but they only give you 4 screws. No problem. I re read and guessed it had to be a misprint. For the legs you have to use screws #11 because there is two holes for each leg. The 11 screws gives you 10. Finally done like an hour later and sitting in my new chair. Very comfortable and great support.
