Before I ordered this chair, I was honestly skeptical of the quality due to the competitive price point, but I eventually decided to take the risk. And boy am I glad that I did. Not only was it fairly easy to put together, but the comfort is unlike any desk chair I've ever used. It's perfect for long gaming sessions with friends or working a desk job from 9:00-5:00. The chair feels like it's made of good quality materials, it's got enough weight to make it sturdy, the back support is excellent, the head and arm rests are adjustable, leaning back is a piece of cake, and the wheels are smooth and quiet. The lumbar support is genuinely helpful, and the headrest adds comfort. I appreciate the practicality of the flip-up arms and the smooth swivel action. Assembling was a easy, and the chair is sturdy and clean-looking. It's a reliable choice for sure.

Very comfortable chair. I needed the head rest to help with a medical issue in my neck, and the head rest for me is great. Supportive, adjustable, comfortable. I am 5'9" and 175 pounds. The chair is very well made with sturdy metal parts in critical places where many manufacturers use plastic. Easy to assemble. An excellent array of adjustments, all easy to use. I disagree with reviewers who criticize arm rests; they feel solid and supportive with multiple, appropriate adjustments. At my corporate office a decade ago I purchased Steelcase Leap chairs for all employees to help with ergonomic issues; these were state of the art at the time, comfortable and adjustable, popular with employees. But this ErgoPro Chair is superior - better made with less plastic, and more comfortable. I love the recline and the lumbar support which move with me while I work.

I am very happy with this ergonomics chair for my son. It is quite easy and fast to assemble. it is rather comfortable and very decent look or design. All the features such as reclining, lumbar, headrest, vertical adjustment are working just fine and smoothly.

I ordered the chair after comparing and reading reviews. I settled on this product by the look and style, I love the inline roller wheel type design and mesh fabric, these together were great. The product took about 5 days to receive. On opening the box, I laid out all pieces and went to the instructions manual which clearly stated all the parts necessary/included to begin assembly. I have assembled numerous chairs before so I did not expect this one to be any more difficult or different. However the manual clearly stated to start with, and showed an image, of all the parts that were supposed to be inside a nut and allen wrench package. The screws & wrench package was NOT included in the box, which I determined quickly after searching several times among all the parts & packaging. After some frustration & reaching out by email & Amazon seller contact channels, the seller... Oline reached out to me within 1 hour with a personal apology and request to send a couple photos. I followed the requested instructions, and was informed in a follow up message the package would be expedite shipped to me. It took about two, maybe three days so yes frustrating with a bunch of chair parts moved to one corner of my room piled up while waiting. Constant reminder lol. But once I did get the parts, it took maybe less than 1 hour to fully assemble the chair, fairly simple process although some of the bolts didn't seem to match the descriptions in the manual but, whatever it came together. The chair is very nice, very comfortable and I love the way these wheels roll on ceramic tile. My only complaint, and this is a design issue. Every bolt was very easy to tighten given the supplied Allen Wrench. Except the two bolts holding the headrest. It's a very awkward angle and the bolts are not visible once in place, also as tight as I can go with the Allen Wrench, it's still not secure and fully tight. I can already see the headrest is NOT tight and will loosen with time, short time! I am going to have to remove 1 bolt, take it to the Depot and get a LockNut washer and pray this solves the likelyhood of the screws loosening over time. I think the issue with the headrest, the bolts have this feeling that they are only being screwed into plastic, and there is NO metallic buttressing of the holes. Just a design issue. I would like to buy a proper sized NUT to fit and secure these two screws. But as stated earlier, these screws, are very difficult to access properly with the supplied Allen wrench. Forget getting one's fingers in the headrest to place a nut on the end of the bold. It's NOT accessible as far as I can tell. Good chair, comfortable, stylish, NOT perfect design, incomplete packaging, but great customer service with the company Oline. I give the company 5 stars! I would recommend it as the likelihood of someone having exact same experience is low to none. My lucky roll :)

I bought this chair as I work from home full time. I did some research and read other reviews and decided on this chair. I was a bit skeptical as I owned many computer chairs over the last 10 years. This chair is one of the most comfortable and solid chairs I have ever owned. It took me all of 10 minutes to get setup (I do have an electric ratchet however). The lumbar support is great and easily adjustable. The chair doesn't get hot and allows every spot on your body to stay cool as it allows air to pass through easily. The mesh is super strong. It has not stretched out at all. It rolls easily and quietly across carpet and hardwood. it has various recline points you can lock in or let flow freely up and down as you deem fit.

I have been using this for few weeks and I am very much satisfied with the functionality it has. It's much comfortable and back support is so good as I have to sit long hours to work. Assemble is not too difficult and its value for money spent. Tilting and neck support are good.
