I would have given 5 stars if my box was like others with a mix of small and medium cuts but it was only medium and large cuts, the large cuts too bug to load. 30 minutes with a sharp hatchet and I now have good variety for the start and continuing burn. My oven got just above 600 degrees and was easy to maintain above 550 after opening door for pizza and adjustments. I’m at 7000 feet so it likely will get your oven hotter at lower elevations. Someone complained about it burning too fast but that has not been my experience, I will buy more and give 5 stars if I do not have to get my hatchet out again.

Wood is perfectly sized for my Ooni karu 12g. Well seasoned wood that gets my pizza oven up to temp quickly. The package is nice as the wood is stacked well in it. Will definitely use again once I need a refill.

The box had high quality wood logs for Ooni Pizza oven. Burns fast and hot. The pieces look clean, nicely dried and well sourced. Be ready to use more than you think you would need for cooking multiple pizzas. For me the only drawback is the cost these boxes, but quality is never cheap.

This is my second box. I use this wood in my Ooni wood fired pizza oven. I use the wood in conjunction with some coal. Between the two I can get the Ooni up to around 900 degrees. Relatively expensive - but I suspect that I am paying for the convenience of having small pieces of wood that fit just about perfectly in my Ooni. Am too lazy to get larger chunks of wood and cut them down to size. Convenience has its price and its place. Update: Turns out that this cherry wood burns too hot. Which in some applications might be a good thing. Unfortunately, for me, it made it a bit more difficult to control the temp in the pizza oven. I do like the brand/price/quality but I think I will go back to using their white oak version.

These work great for my OONI 12 Pizza Oven. Anyone that needs pizza oven wood these 6" logs are perfect. They do range in thickness so you can dig for thinner pieces to help with starting your fire and then add the thicker ones to keep up the heat. One of the best priced oven woods that I have found.
