I have heavily treated hair. Been coloring, perm, bleach, hot irons, etc for past 35 yrs. My hair can be dry, and frizzy. Now my hair seems quenched, and healthy. I use this product every 2-3 days. One small bottle lasts for 13 months. My hair is thick, and past my shoulders. A dab size of a nickel, them emulsify it in your hands vigorously till it covers your hands in a layer of white creaminess. Apply to hair and you will notice how much it covers. I leave it in my hair for a good 10+ minutes while I shave. I never need to use conditioner when using this product. I do use a leave in spray conditioner after I towel dry.
