This is the best product for several reasons. My hair is so healthy and shiny. No tangles and my hair doesn't fall out like other products. No more brass tones just blonde. When you wash and condition your hair and it falls out it's time for a change and I highly recommend these hair products.

My product arrived sealed under the lid, and there was no leakage in my experience. As for the application, I am including both a before and after picture. This is just after 2 washes with the product, and the pictures are three days apart. I stuck to the instructions and left the product in for about 5 minutes top. Safe to say this was effective at neutralizing the yellow in my hair. I will definitely be a returning customer. Only thing to note, is that it has a distinct smell, almost like Head & Shoulders… just not as overwhelming, it’s tolerable for me. ... show more
