So many people slept on this game. The physical edition itself is nothing to write home about with the exception of the earthborn weapons and armor are worth it. Very worth the price! Buy it!!!!

First off, I was annoyed that we didn't get it opening day. In fact, it came several days late. But with that said, it's a pretty good game. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he already beat the game and he decided to replay it as another character.

Putting aside that amazon delayed my delivery a lot. I even contacted them and told them few days early that it will not arrive on time, the rep just told me "oh well we informed you in the email" and then it got delayed. So I purchased it via PSN Giftcard. So my game got delayed and I was able to skip server issues. Game is actually fun and graphics are good, cut scenes are great. I did play the demo. I am playing alone for now which is fine until I level up. The other reviews are only based on first days of server issues. ... show more

    • Game Often Cannot be Played / Started at All

tldr: This game literally cannot be played in its current state, on April 25th. I've just spent the last 30 minutes trying to start up the game, with all the weird hacky fixes to try to get passed the "Signed in!" screen, and I'm still not able to play. When I say unplayable, I don't mean how Cyberpunk 2077 was called unplayable. I finished Cyberpunk 2077 and enjoyed it, even though it had numerous bugs. I mean I literally cannot get past the loading screen and play this game at all. I would highly advise you NOT purchase this game until you see some high profile venues with headlines about how Outriders is finally fixed and playable.
