    • To get a replacement is stupid.

The item arrived defective. Would not power on and made this odd electric buzzing noise. I thought it be simple to just send me replacement from Amazon but they won’t replace this like normally. Just give you a refund if you return it. The company that makes them don’t just replace it either on promise to return the broken one. No they want you to send them email with the Amazon order number and video showing it broken and they get back to you. Their whole process to get a replacement could take up ten business days or longer. You Berger just returning or buying a new one but because this been such a let down for her she does not want to buy another one and so now a I have a upset wife to sad father’s looking forward to all have matching scooters to rice together. Box arrived slighly damaged, but none of the components were harmed. Putting it together was fairly easy and was fully completed in under 30minutes. Driving is smooth, and it can reach top speed quickly and maintains 15mph on hills and bumps. The seat only clamps on, so it can twist or loosen with use. Works perfectly aside from those few errors, which can likely be fixed with creating a screw base where the seat connects to the scooter. ... show more

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It worked great for approximately 1 week, Then showed error code 13 and a little red wrench. Been trying to get the scooter replaced for a month now. They contacted me through email and said it was a battery issue and sent another one. However the scooter stayed the same and showed the same error code 13. Spoke to someone on the phone and they said I needed the scooter replaced due to an electrical issue. I have still have not been sent a replacement and my daughter cannot enjoy her Christmas present. ... show more

It’s great for my daughter. The battery is long range and it’s easy to ride. The key is unreliable and fragile. Rear view mirrors are needed and there are no after market mirrors that fit.

This scooter is super cute I rode this from home to work an back an still had good battery life. When I went through the bumpy side on the road I really like how bouncey the seat was 😄 but its not great to be on the streets 😅 I already tested it out really scary but it's great on the side walks an alley ways :3 though it's alot better driving it in the streets at night when there's no cars ... show more

    • Defective Scooter and Company will not pay to box the item for return shipping $133

I bought this scooter back in November, 2022. It would not work out of the box. I tried to work with this company regarding the fact that the battery would not charge. They sent me a new charger - didn't work, then a new battery, again didn't work. Offered to transport the bike to them to their warehouse to replace with new bike. They declined, but said I could send it back to them to be fixed. I felt that I bought new bike, and didn't want it fixed. After two months (November - January) I decided that I would return the bike since it didn't work, for my money and advised them. They sent a UPS shipping invoice - but no boxing materials. I had the item and parts sent boxed and returned to them. They refused to pay boxing costs - over $133.00. They are now refusing to pay boxing costs. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO GET IT TO THEM WITHOUT A BOX? I bought the protection insurance. It was still under company warranty. Good luck to those trying to buy this item. ... show more
