This steamer came on time. It was nicely packaged and came with all pieces in brand new, perfect condition. I do not like to iron so I bought this to replace ironing. This product is awesome and it does a great job of getting wrinkles out of clothing and curtains, and any other type of products like that. I’ve had some clothes that were pretty wrinkled, and I put them on a hanger. Turn this on and get the wrinkles out very nicely. I was shocked at how good this thing works. it’s a small steamer. It has one button. Basically you fill the steamer up to your desired amount with water. Then you plug it in and turn on the orange button. There is only one button and I usually wait till I see steam coming out of the top. All I do is run the steamer along with the clothes and it works well. I go over it a few times and you do not have to touch the clothing with the steamer, it has an attachment that has a brush you can use as well. It also has a little cup that you can use to fill it up with. It’s small enough that you could bring it with you on trips or vacations to get the wrinkles out of your clothes that were in a suitcase. There's only an on and off switch and it will pour out if you're not upright. It boils water then the steam from that just comes out so it makes clothes more wet than other steamers but it does do the job for simple steaming purposes or as your first steamer. So, I do travel at least 2 to 3 times a yr and my preferred method of traveling is to Cruise. I bought this to help with wrinkles of packing. The steamer produces good amounts of steam and it does come out hot. However, the wrinlkes dont seem to go away as much as I was expecting. This is a great steamer. I’ve been using this product for almost 3 years and it still works very well. I love the detachable brush option, which is perfect for my clothes that need a little more than steam. It also heats up rather quickly so it’s perfect for when you’re in a rush (if your clothes aren’t too wrinkled). I have been using it to block my crochet granny squares for blankets and it is perfect for that. I've always used irons and never steamed before. The problem with steamers is you need something to keep the material tight. It's basically like trying to awkwardly iron with steam.And honestly, I haven't even seen a device for sale. That really does that, and so it makes it really kind of a pain to steam anything. I'll just keep ironing myself, but if you're into. Steaming it does produce a lot of steam. But in my opinion, if you haven't steamed your clothes before, just stick to ironing. ... show more

I’ve had a steamers before where the opening of where you pour in the water is small, so it’s harder to take out the water and it will start smelling but with this one, the opening is big enough where you can pour out all the water when you’re done using it and even dry it with a paper towel so that way when you put it away you won’t smell ... show more
