And I can easily verify by recording the bulb in slow motion with a cell phone. These bulbs however are smooth, all eight of them. There's virtually zero strobe effect. Replaced an old chandelier that was connected to a wall dimming switch. Had a problem getting the dimmer to work with these dimmable LED lights but Customer Service was terrific helping me figure out the problem - turned out the wall dimmer was old and not compatible with LED lights and needed to be replaced so it was not an issue with the lights themselves. The only reason I gave this a "4" rating for presentation is because the lights are brighter than I was anticipating even when dimmed but that is not a problem with the lights. Purchased two sets for use in kitchen pendants that were installed in April (3 pendants using 4 bulbs each). In less than 6 months, 3 of the bulbs had failed. One burnt out, one didn't work at all, and a third (pictured) bulb would flicker for several minutes whenever turned on and then one filament remained dim. The product description promises fast response via email, but the email address for the company is not published anywhere (the company doesn't appear to have a website, only Amazon and other retailers) and questions posted to the product page asking for the email address have not been responded to. So as a word of warning, do not let the '24 month warranty' be a reason you purchase these. Edit: It has now been 9 months and 5 bulbs have failed. Since I no longer have replacements from my initial purchase and need 12 bulbs for the fixtures these are in, I am cutting my losses and replacing all of the bulbs with a different brand. If you purchase these, you'll save a dollar or two per bulb upfront, but when compared to a brand that stands behind their product with a legitimate warranty, you get what you pay for. ... show more
