We have a fairly small oval pool 25ft x 12ft. I usually just jump in the pool with one of those cordless pool vacuums but my time is becoming more valuable. Researching these pool robots I found they range in price from $150-$1000. I knew I didn’t need top of the line simply based on the small size of our pool after reading the mostly positive reviews on this model I decided to make the purchase. It arrived, almost no assembly just tie on the float retrieval cord and snap on the paddle. I charged it up and put it in my pool. I was amazed at all the stuff it picked up, I didn’t think there was much in my pool. I have a fairly powerful pump for my pool and noticed that when the robot got into the jet wash it would stop before it hit the wall, I turned off my pool pump and it fixed that issue. I ran it for about 60 minutes and I’d say it hit about 80% of my pool. If I’d have let it run another 20 or 30 minutes it would have probably been able to hit the entire pool. There was still plenty of charge left when I stopped. After one use I’d say this was a great buy especially for the money.

I am not satisfied at all with this Robotic Cleaner. I don't know if mine has issues, but it does not put up. Very dis-satisfied with this cleaner. I purchased one 4 years ago of a different brand and it worked great. I forgot and left it out all winter last year and now it won't charge very well so I decided to purchase this one based on the reviews. Boy, was I ever disappointed. I would have returned it, but my grandson used the box for a toy shelter.

I bought this to replace a 4 year old Polaris 360. The Polaris needed constant maintenance and always got hung up somewhere in the pool and the hose was is bulky, annoying and inconvenient. This Winny is super easy to use. Charging time is a bit lengthy at about 4+ hours but running time is 2-2.5 hrs. and that adequately cleans our 12x25' pool. It doesn't struggle with the slope on our 3'-5' depth bottom either. Cleaning it couldn't be easier. Pop the top off and hose the bottom and screen clean and pop the top back over the wheel base. Longevity and durability remain to seen. Haven't had to contact customer support yet do I can't speak to that.

This little things does wonders! I’ve been using it for a few months now and no complaints whatsoever! Gets sand, pine needles, and firework shrapnel 😂 On occasion I run it twice when there has been a bunch of kids in and out and a lot of sand brought in it. But it’s an amazing little thing and I have yet to have to manually vacuum my 27 ft round pool!

First season it worked great, good suction and the wheels turned well but this season for some reason the wheels are getting stuck every couple of turns which prevents the vacuum from going in the right direction of the set angle. I tried to take the wheels apart and clean them and even sand them with fine sand paper but it didn't work. Sometimes the vacuum getting stuck in one area for long time and have to move it by hand to other areas. It's been a pain...

I'm sure it's great and it is works really good for us on the areas it vacuums. We've been trying for the past 2 months to find a setting that will vacuum our whole pool, but I think that's us. BUT the problem that we have is the ON/OFF KNOB WILL ONLY WORK ABOUT 25% of the time. It is very frustrating. We try to turn it on with all of the muscle strength we have, and it won't budge. Trying over and over like 20 times. Then give up and come back an hour later and try again. Eventually, it will turn on. I think we probably have a defective know or something like that. If anybody has any idea how to fix that or has the same problem, PLEASE let me know. I don't know how to contact anybody at the company. Tried looking about a month ago and got know where. They were great when we first bought it sending out an email with hints and letting us know we could contact them at any time, but when I tried to contact when the issue arose, their info is no where to be found. Amazon's help is useless. They don't do anything for this kind of issue. We really do love it when it works, but I also have very bad issues with my hands, and trying to turn this on every day is only making it worse. My husband has just as much trouble, so I know it's not me. We just really want some help, please.

I can’t believe how great this pool vacuum works. I live in the hi desert where the wind is always blowing sand and leaves into my pool. The photo attached shows the first collection of leaves and sand which was at the bottom of my 18ft round above ground pool. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend Ofuzzi pool vacuum to anyone needing a pool vacuum.
