The chair is comfortable and easy to put together, however one of the issues is some of the screws that attach the arm rest to the back of the chair aren’t tightening after a certain point. It makes the armrest kind of flimsy and causes the chair to creak when moving. I’m thinking I just got a dud because some of the washers inside the back of the chair where the screw goes into we’re popping out a bit and that may be why it won’t tighten all the way.

The media could not be loaded. I got my package and put everything quick and easy. Putting the back on was the most challenging part trying to get the screw in the hole. I got my son to hold the chair still for me. No problems other than that. It’s very comfortable and cushiony. It’s well worth the money.

Just received and put together this chair. It is a decent looking chair and seems to be comfortable for the couple minutes seated in it. Unfortunately this chair is not as described. It was described to have adjustable flip-up armrests. It was also described to have rocking mode with a tension adjuster. This chair does not offer any of these features described. Sad since it would be a good chair if it had the features described. Part of the reason I went with purchasing it.

Would of been 5☆ but the chair didn't come with the headrest pillow the retractable foot rest and the lumbar support pillow as a matter of fact I received a completely different chair then what I thought I was buying thankfully my son isn't picky and is fine with it but still miss leading description

Chair was really easy to set up, it feels squishy but with support. A little surprise i found when assembling was a usb cord that connected to the chair thats not mentioned anywhere and when plugged it vibrates where the lumbar support usually is so idk if i got the wrong chair or if no one else realized it was there or mentioned it. Absolutely stoked on that
