Good chair for the price

The chair is quite comfortable and looks great. I love the reclining feature and the footrest, though I don’t expect to use them a whole lot. Having the option was important. That said, to pull out the footrest you have to stand up. Pulling it out while siting down is hard. The reclining feature is great but sometimes it doesn’t work the first time I try to get it to lean back. Still, the chair feels sturdy and well made over all, so I’m happy with it.

Best office chair out there

This is by far my favorite office chair I’ve ever owned. It is RIDICULOUSLY comfortable! The seat has a really thick, cushioned bottom, so you can sit in it for hours without feeling like you’re sitting on a hard chair. It also leans back really comfortably, and the extendable footrest is such a great feature. Being able to kick my feet up when I’m taking a break or just need to get comfortable makes a huge difference. I also really like the amount of support this chair provides. It supports my hips, lumbar area, and upper back really well without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. The armrests are adjustable and move up and down, and the chair itself adjusts to different heights, so it’s easy to get everything positioned exactly how you want it. The material feels really nice, too. It’s not genuine leather, but whatever material they’re using has a really nice, smooth feel and looks more expensive than I expected. It’s comfortable against your skin and has a nice overall appearance. One thing that really surprised me is the company itself. They offer a LIFETIME warranty, which is honestly crazy to me for an office chair. I’ve also had really quick responses when reaching out with questions and requests regarding replacement parts. It’s nice knowing they actually stand behind their product and are willing to help if something comes up. Between the comfort, support, adjustability, footrest, quality of the material, and the customer service, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this chair. If you spend a lot of time at a desk, this one is definitely worth considering. Five stars from me!

GREAT deal

Comfortable, premium feeling and appearance. The reclining feature and foot rest really take things to the next level - I fell asleep in it the first night I used it, lol! Never done that in an office chair before. I didn't find it easy to assemble because 1. the instructions could be better (more text, photos that are more zoomed in on details like screws) and 2. the footrest came assembled backwards. It took some time to figure that out from the instructions. It is a heavy chair also. I would still highly recommend. Love it! And got it assembled by myself with some patience.

I've replaced three office chairs in five years — two died of sagging foam, one was slowly shredded by a tabby who treats upholstery as a scratching post. Four months with this one, and I'm genuinely impressed. The PU leather is the reason I bought it, and it delivers. The surface is dense and smooth enough that claws find nothing to catch on. My cat tried twice and gave up. Cleaning is effortless — a damp cloth handles coffee splashes, dust, and fur, with no fabric weave for hair to burrow into. Still looks new, with no cracking at the stress points where cheap faux leather usually fails. Comfort is where it earns its keep. I sit eight to ten hours a day, and the double-layer foam is firm without bottoming out. The saddle seat and wraparound backrest spread pressure across a much wider area — the lower back and hip ache I used to get by mid-afternoon is largely gone. Adjustability is thorough: four inches of height range, padded armrests that keep my shoulders relaxed, and a retractable footrest that tucks away completely. Paired with the 90°–135° recline, it becomes a legitimately good spot for a call or a twenty-minute nap. The casters roll silently on hardwood and rug alike. I've heard plenty of chairs creak. This one doesn't move. The metal base is planted, the frame has zero flex, and the gas lift hasn't slipped once. Assembly took about 25 minutes solo, with labeled hardware and clear instructions — I only needed a second pair of hands for ten seconds to seat the backrest. Minor gripes: it's heavy and bulky, so measure your space, and the leather runs warm in summer. Neither is a dealbreaker. If you're tall, heavy, pet-owning, or tired of replacing chairs, buy this one.

Waste of money

Waste of money. Does not fit my frame at all as I am 6’2 245lbs. I would not advertise this as big and tall. Made of cheap material as well. I assembled it and I want a refund.
