Update: They sent me a new base for the chair and told me this is like a one time thing that never happens (sure). After trying multiple different methods to get the base off I give up. I added a picture of my now destroyed mallet I used trying to separate the base. It's going in the trash. Thanks for trying I guess, but I now recommend this chair even less. This chair may have one of the worst descriptions for a product I've ever seen on Amazon. Definitely not for plus size folks. My son weighs 220lbs. We have been on him to be easy on the chair to see how it holds up. He has been extremely easy on it. After owning it for 1 week the wheel/leg of the chair completely twisted today (as seen in pics) after rolling the chair a foot or two while seated in it. There is absolutely no way this chair would hold a 350lb person and would be very dangerous for anyone above 250lbs. Not only is the base made cheaply, but the seat also has a big sunken spot in it after less than a week of sitting in it for 3 to 4 hours a day. He's going back to the cheap Fortnite chair he's had for 3 years that has held up great minus the peeling of the material. Please do not waste your money on this chair. Off to try and get my money back. Sigh ... show more

I have terrible posture and usually find myself hunching forward after working on the computer for awhile. The mesh back on this chair is firm but has enough give that it makes my back feel super supported. The seat is on the firmer side, which I was not sure about at first, but I've found that I actually like that. Super happy with my purchase overall! ... show more

    • Seat cushion is so much better than the rest
So after buying the S-Racer gaming chair back in February, I had to get a new one because the seat cushion on that one was so bad that my hips would hurt and I found myself playing the game less because I didn't want to sit in that chair. But this chair above .... The seat cushion is perfect! Very comfortable and it doesn't have the hard curved edges on the sides of the seats for looks which hurt on my last chair. I'm not the tallest person.... In fact, I'm short (5'4) but I still recommended this chair. For a person, with problems with her back (chronic back pain in my lower back from a work accident) this chair is okay to use. Great price! ... show more

    • Hidden instructions
After receiving this chair I thought I looked everywhere for the instructions a d that they weren't included... why they weren't put in the hardware box I don't understand... The instructions are actually out into the same package as the seat... on the bottom of the seat actually... I ended up finding instructions on YouTube as I'm more a visual learner so it seems like a good quality chair.. I'll rate it high for now and if anything changes I will adjust the review later.. ... show more

Best 99$ i have ever spent. You get what you pay for but for the price you cant beat it. Its very comfortable my butt and back never hurt sitting in this chair. If you are roughly 5’8 and above and 250lbs or more this is the chair for you. My smaller built friends this chair is gonna be a little too much for you. THIS CHAIR IS BIG GUY FRIENDLY! Have been using it since christmas and dont regret it. If you maintain the chair it will work silently and flawlessly. Just need to do a bolt check every once and a while! The vibrating lumbar pillow is really nice for any back achs from long days on your feet ... show more

Got this for my streamer husband for Christmas. When we received the box it looked like it had fallen down a hill. Box shredded and open on one end. One of the arms was broken in half. Reached out to the seller and the sent me a new arm. They were super prompt with responses and made it easy to get the new part. Part came quickly. He loves the chair. Perfectly roomy and comfortable. I picked this one because of the thick bottom cushion, and it’s great! Exactly what we were looking for. Awesome chair!
