    • Didn’t fit my desk chair at all
The media could not be loaded. So not only did I not realize your chair had to be a certain thickness, the screws are too big to fit into the bracket holes! So literally can’t tighten it at all.. basically a waste of money

This works excellently well. I followed the instructions for mounting to a T and it works perfectly. My computer chair has been transformed; my posture when sitting for long hours working is vastly improved. Would highly recommend. I noticed some reviewers mentioned that it moves around. I don’t find that to be so at all. Like I said, I followed the instructions for installation and it’s firmly in place. No destruction to my chair at all.     • No way to lock headrest. Did support my head,
The headrest was to flimsee. Would not hold a position, no way to lock it in place and always moving. So it would not support my head

    • Used the Screws
Had to use a drill and the screws that came with it to make it work. Mine came with bolts, screws, and three sizes of brackets,. You have to make it work with your chair by adjusting it. It still might not work though, so it's not universal.

    • Hard to get a good fit, doesn't stay at fixed angle
It works but barely. I had to try several different size brackets with and without washers before finding the combination that worked. As for function, I barely have to touch the headrest for the angle to change (it has 4 or 5 choices of angle it seems). Was it designed this way on purpose? I'd prefer if it stayed in place. The material is comfortable enough but nothing fancy. I'd suggest just buying a chair that has a headrest built in. ... show more

I’m a makeup artist some times I do makeup from home and I have my clients rest their head on this to do my makeup. I use to use dinning chair and support their head with towel or pillow but this works great and looks professional.
