Product was shipped fast and packed very nicely. Got this black chair for my parent’s new home office and they love it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I put it all together by myself without any help in less than 30 minutes. Very good quality with the suede leather and the gliding wheels. Looked pretty high end. The material feels soft, breathable, and super comfortable especially for my dad who has a long term back pain. The chair does give him enough support on the area where his pain is.     • A small error that I could use if possible

The chair is what I wanted, however the instructions and provided materials lack two important screws that are needed. Looking at the white construction sheet in the package, step six is wrong. I need two more screws to complete the construction. Step 5 is ok, it says to attach two screws for each side to the seat and each of the arms, clear, however, step six is where the instructions are wrong. To attach the back section to each arm also requires 2 screws per side. The instructions only call for one screw on each side. In reality, it should say 2 screws for each side of the arm rest to back. This problem also is seen in the material provided to put the chair together. These extra two screws needed are not provided in the materials to construct the chair. I would appreciate to get the two size k screws needed. The screws needed to attach the upper part of arm, may need a little longer screw then the K screw. So the instructions are not complete, but the two additional screws needed are not included in the package. I like the chair but worry about using without the full compliment of screws needed to construct the chair. Thank you Bob McCabe ... show more

We moved to a new apartment and need to buy an office for work. The office chair is easy to assemble and the instruction is simple. Overall the chair is very comfortable and sturdy. The color looks great. It is a great chair for me to work from home. Nice product!

For the price it's such good quality! I will see if I can come back and add a video and photo of the chair. I also put it together myself so that's saying alot lol I usually ask my husband to put together everything but this was fairly easy and the video instructions were so helpful!

The assembly process was easy and took maybe 10 minutes max. the chair is made of great material and very comfortable to sit in for long hours with extra features like moving the seat up and down as well as the ability to lean very far back. overall, i recommend this if you’re looking for a durable, comfortable office chair. ... show more

This chair is a lot smaller than I was expecting. If you are someone with a little bit of booty or someone who likes to sit with their legs up and criss crossed, this chair is not big enough. I feel like I am sitting in a kids chair.

The seat experience is excellent, neither too soft nor too hard, making it suitable for long periods of lying down. The lumbar spine will not get tired, and the whole person will fit snugly on the chair. It is truly an ergonomic gaming chair.
