I really like my new chair. I usually buy computer chairs under $100 and end up replacing them every few years. I decided to spend a little more this time. I got this for around $160. I believe it is worth the extra money. I assembled it today and my only complaint about assembly is that two of the connectors on the sides of the back of the chair had slid under the fabric, making it very difficult to line them up with the bolts. I probably spent fifteen minutes on the final assembly because of that. I understand. Things happen. Easy to follow instructions, great included tool (better than most companies supply) and even extra bolts, in case you lose one, which is easy to do. I opted to get the tan color instead of the black, which I'm glad I did. It gives it much more of a premium look and feel. The lumbar support for your lower back works really well. I've never had a chair that had this. I do which that the recline feature was more adjustable. Even on the lowest setting, you have to lean back with some force to recline and it tends to push you back. I'm thinking maybe after I use the chair for a few months, this might break in more. It doesn't have much support for your head since when you sit in it, your head is almost completely above the top of the back of the chair. I'm 5'10, so maybe if you are shorter, this won't be an issue. You can move the arm rests out of the way, if you want. Sometimes I like to cross my legs when I sit in my chair, so this is a nice feature. The chair is also pretty cushiony and comfortable. Overall, this is a great chair with a few minor issues, but still worth giving 5 stars. Update: I've had the chair for a few weeks and a couple of minor issues. The plastic screw cap covers pop out sometimes. I just decided to remove all of them. Don't really need them anyways. The right adjustable arm is a little loose. I tried tightening the bolts, but it didn't help. I don't know if I overtightened it while assembling. Normally, the arms are down and don't move, but when moving it to the upright position, it is looser than the one on the left. I'm going to deduct one star for these minor issues. Other than these things, I am loving the chair. It feels more broken-in after a few weeks of use and it reclines easier. 2nd Update: Contacted customer service and told them about the arm. They sent a new one out to me and it got to me very quickly. Replaced the defective arm and this arm is doing great. Adding back the 5th star for great customer service.

I have been looking for a solid ergonomic office chair - that not only was comfortable and provided ample back support but that also looked appealing in my home office. I wanted it to be used not only for work but also other times when we were at our desk and using our computer. It has wonderful lumbar support so we are able to sit in it for longer periods of time as compared to our old chair. It also has ample cushioning - both on the back as well as the seat portion. It looks quite professional and stylish in our office as well. We find the wheels roll easily and it swivels easily as well. Overall, the chair feels quite solid. My husband put it together and found it relatively easy to do so, in a short amount of time. It feels like the chair is sturdy and will last a decent amount of time. It also was quite inexpensive considering other chair’s price points so we are overall quite pleased with this purchase. Our friends came over and used it - and wanted to buy one as well. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who is looking for a good quality, solid, reasonably priced and comfortable chair for their home office.

I am absolutely thrilled with this executive chair; it has completely transformed my home office. The brown leather and diamond stitching give it a high-end, sophisticated look that feels much more expensive than it is. It is incredibly comfortable for long workdays, providing excellent lumbar support and thick padding that doesn't flatten out. I especially love the flip-up armrests, which allow me to slide the chair fully under my desk to save space when I'm done. I really wanted to like this chair, but it’s just too awkward. Overall comfort - Normal position with the chair locked is a bit awkward. If I try to “sink” into the chair, it pushes my rear-end forward out of the seat and isn’t deep enough to support your legs. Seat is not very deep. Width is great. I feel like the forward leaning sensation makes it feel like my body is trying to slide against my clothing no matter what I wear. Like trying to go down a slide but your clothes are sticking to the slide. By the time I’m scooted forward enough to get comfortable, half of my which is off the chair. 1-Star deduction. Lumbar Support - The gap/distance is just too much, with a long spring that seems unnecessary, way too long, and could be a pivot point or just fixed and part of the actual chair would have been fine and probably not causing so many issues. 1-Star deduction The “tilt” is reinforced with a super strong spring that keeps you from being able to lean back, even when loosened all the way. I tried both directions to make sure I wasn’t doing it wrong. Doesn’t work like on the video in reality. 1-Star Deduction. The material is way too warm. My leather or fake leather-like chair this is replacing was always comfortable. This seems to feel way too warm for some reason, and feels like I’m sitting on a poncho in terms of breathability. I feel like I’ll get swamp-a$$ sitting in this. Maybe this is exacerbated by the lumbar and forward-leaning angle trying to push me forward and the friction it feels like it’s causing. 1-Star deduction. Wheels are cheap, but can get my own. Armrests flip up, so cool, but not adjustable otherwise. As advertised Instructions are good. Headrest is the perfect position to cradle at the neck. Just can’t lean back or get comfortable to really use it. I think it will work fine for someone 5’4” or shorter, but not me at 5’9”-ish.

I LOVE THESE!!! (we purchased two) We bought them in the brown and they look so nice! They are so comfortable! PERFECT! They feel durable. They are a large chair, (a comfortable height, I can rest my head on the back of the chair & I'm 5'7" tall) but with the two desk set ups we have, with the one desk it is a little snug so be sure and check your measurements or your legs may not fit under the desk adequately. It rocks but I haven't figured out if it actually reclines. Great back support. I'm not at all achy when I get out of it. For what you pay for these, they are well worth the money!

I’ve been using this ergonomic office chair for a couple of weeks now, and the biggest difference I immediately felt was the support for my lower back and thighs. The built-in lumbar support sits exactly at the right height and keeps my spine in a neutral position, so even after long sessions of typing or meetings, my lower back doesn’t tighten up the way it used to. Another thing I really appreciate is how well-padded and wide the seat is. Instead of compressing my thighs, the cushion distributes pressure evenly, which makes a huge difference during long hours of sitting.
