I was a little hesitant to buy this chair because all the reviews were Vine reviews. The price went down and I figured it was worth a try for the cost of the black chair. I would have preferred brown but it wasn't worth an additional $35 to me. As some reviews mentioned, getting the back on the chair is a workout. There's a gap that makes it almost impossible to get both armrests attached to the back of the chair. I did finally manage it by myself but one of the top screws, by the lumbar dial, wouldn't go in all the way. I was able to get the cap on so I figured it's good enough. Then I finally sat in the chair and was so happy I didn't give up. It's so much better than the chair I'm replacing and is soft yet firm enough for my back. What made me buy it was the adjustable lumbar support. I love I can adjust it and find it comfortable. It's better than the $500 office chair I use at work. The material is soft and better than I expected for synthetic. The tilt adjustment works well and I like that I can lock it in place or let it rock. The height adjustment works well too but I use it at it's lowest level so I can't speak to how well it holds up. Overall, I would buy again and would recommend to others.

I am 6ft 3in 220lbs and this chair fits well and is very comfortable. The seat is long enough that my legs have plenty of support. The adjustable lumbar support comes in handy when you need a little extra support for your back. The seat material is soft and seems like it will hold up well. The only downside was we had to return the first chair we ordered due to a bolt hole being stripped and not allowing the bolt to be tightened. We received a new chair in a few days and this one went together nicely.

Assembly was kind of a pain until I just decided to use my electric drill then it was super quick and easy. So make your life easier and use an electric drill but just be careful. Once assembled it is much sturdier than I imagined. It feels great if you like seats with a lot of cushion. My spouse thinks it is just "okay" because they don't like chairs with a lot of cushion but I think it is nice and comfortable.

I got this chair for the lumbar support. Its wasn't too bad to put together like some chairs. I was however disappointed to see the bottom of the chair fabric ripped and the base isn't leveled flat its why i only gave it 4 stars. But it is a very comfortable chair. But its not a 300.00 chair.

I've put together several computer chairs, and this was by far the hardest. Every other chair I've put together, the back fits snuggly into the arms to attach them. For this chair, there was an almost 4 inch gap, and I finally ended up having to have someone push the arms together with all their might to get the 2nd arm close enough to attach the bolt. Then I had to loosen the bolts almost all the way to be able to move the back into place, because of where the lumbar control is. Once assembled, the chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support isn't the greatest, but isn't the worst either. Adjusts easily, and looks great.

I ordered this product a WHILE ago, but I'm glad it came in. It was incredibly easy to set up and it feels really sturdy. It's comfortable and it has a good amount of moving space for the typical computer user.
