This is a very comfortable chair that provides excellent support. This chair was relatively easy to assemble. The well-protected components arrived boxed in perfect condition and were free of any scratches and dust upon inspecting them after unpacking. The hardware is labeled and separated in a blister pack, and an Allen wrench is provided. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had no concerns about any of the threads of the hardware stripping at any time and I tightened everything down very tight. The chair took me about 45 minutes to assemble, interspersed with maybe a few brief interruptions. I like this chair's material and features. The wear/scratch resistant PU leather simulates leather very well, both in touch and texture, and can be easily spot cleaned. The inner, high-density supportive foam feels slightly stronger down the middle of the chair on both the backrest and seat, and provides relatively firm support that is comfortable. The armrests are well-positioned and also comfortably cushioned. The chair will adjust in height with its quality pneumatics within a range of about four inches. The backrest can be both rocked and reclined back with an adjustable rocking tension knob for different rocking resistance preferences based on weight, within a range of about 45 degrees. This rocking feature can be locked with the chair upright. The inflatable adjustable lumbar support is integrated very well and functions just as it should, offering excellent customizable support and comfort. The armrests can be flipped up along the backrest to allow for more freedom of movement, cross-legged sitting, and for freeing up space by pushing the chair under a desk or table. The chair swivels 360 degrees, rolls, and reclines/rocks very smooth. I am a slender ~6' tall man, and this chair fits me very well--better than most office chairs that are typically wider. This is an excellent chair, designed for comfort and durability, and I think it is a very good value.

Once this chair is assembled, it’s actually a very comfortable and nice-looking office chair. The seat has plenty of padding, the lumbar support feels good, and I like the flip-up armrests. It also feels sturdy and works well for sitting at a desk for longer periods. The biggest negative is the assembly. This chair was awful to put together. Getting everything lined up correctly was frustrating and took much more effort than I expected. The assembly process could definitely be designed better or the instructions improved. Thankfully, once I finally got it together, I was happy with the finished chair. Comfortable and supportive, but I’m taking off one star because putting it together was such a pain.

This is an excellent office chair. Most importantly, adjustable height, tilt, and lumbar support create a comfortable sitting experience. The cushions are flexible and strong enough to support a proper body position. Arm rests keep your weight balanced and torso upright. Five casters roll and spin smoothly on tile or the chair mat in our office. The leather upholstery, metal frame, sturdy plastic arm rests, and assembly hardware are all high quality with a solid feel. I sat in the chair for an hour straight and appreciate how it prevents slouching and reinforces a straight spine. At the correct tilt it's almost impossible for your butt to skooch forward. Your neck is also supported with the top cushion. Assembly is straight forward with multiple page written instructions with illustrations. There's a tutorial on operating the tilt, height and lumbar inflation. It took me almost no time to find the right tilt and height. Total assembly time was roughly fifteen minutes with the provided hex wrench. A power drill could speed that up. The chair looks better in person than in the photos. The leather has a high end look and feel, similar to high end car seats. The dark color goes well with the gray carpet and decor in our office. A ton of thought and planning went into the design and material selection for this chair. The manufacturer also made it simple to assemble, leaving no doubt how the components fit together. At this price point, I consider it a tremendous value. It's both stylish and functional, a rare combo. The health benefits are a bonus. Strong buy recommendation.

I brought this chair to work as the flip up arms make it much easier to push under my desk and make more space to move around in the lab. The inflatable lumbar support is really really nice. You can pump it very full for ultimate support. It's done by using the hand pump that is built in to the chair. The stitching and leather like surface are perfect, with no scratches anywhere that I have noticed. There is around 30-45 minutes of assembly required, all of the hardware is provided along with some extra pieces which I thought was a great touch. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and the hardware is compartmentalized to reduce error's in assembly. I will be using this every day at work and can report back later on about durability. I sit a lot (gaming hobby) so I'm sensitive to the seat cushions not having enough softness. There has never been a chair I didn't use without an added cushion, this one is like that also. But it's not near as bad as a recent "gaming" chair I got off of Vine too. I can't sit in that thing long at all before my legs start aching.
